Giuseppi's Pizzeria — Restaurant in New Berlin

One of THE BEST pizzas I have ever had, and I have traveled just for pizza (over 10 states and counting). The sauce was incredibly tomato-y, cheese was plentiful and gooey, and the toppings were abundant and fresh (love the fact that they dice the green peppers rather than use large slices, so you get a bunch of peppers in every bite). But the crust was the deal breaker. It's listed as "hand tossed", but it's on the thin side, a perfect balance of cracker-style and on the thin side of thick, if that makes sense. When you get to the edges, it's a crisp crackle, but the inside was pillowy soft. Honestly I haven't ever had a crust that was the perfect marriage of thin and hand tossed. I will DEFINITELY be back, hopefully once a week, or more, if I can afford it - not to say it was expensive though- about $42 for a 14" medium 4 topping (pepperoni, onion, shrooms and green peppers) and a 16" pepperoni and onion. Giuseppis is beyond delicious, it's cheesy, saucy, crusty heaven only 5 minutes away. I CAN'T STOP...

We ordered two medium pizzas tonight. After reading the reviews we wanted to give them a try since they’re somewhat local for us. Overall I think the pizza had great flavor, but our pizza was really undercooked. We ate it because we didn’t have time to drive it back and have them remake it, but the entire pizza (except the actual crust) was like soggy/ mushy bread. If this place can cook their pizza longer and figure out their crust, they would probably have a good pizza. there’s way too many pizza spots out there, so we most likely...

Very friendly staff. Pizza was hot and amazing. The crust is thin but not too thin with just the right amount of char to it, still has a new chew to it as well, and a cornmeal base. The sauce is nice and tangy, a little sweet and not overpowering, and a nice amount to evenly cover the pizza. The sausage seems handmade, it's not greasy and has a good seasoning and even distribution on the pizza. Cheese is enough to cover the pizza and envelope all the toppings.
