Tanja’s Hella Fat Food — Restaurant in New Bern

A new Food Truck business is making their debut soon to New Bern. Mari's Hella Fat Food Truck is sure to please the hungry pallet of many. They bring to the plate a new choice to the fast growing food truck industry. While the main menu is sliders, the creativity takes over from there. Get ready to salivate over menu options like Scenario, Paul Revere, Doggy Style, to Smash Sumthin' and Peter-Piper Slaw and plenty more. They even have vegan and kid options! OMG, that bacon jam is like crack! I had it on my Doggy Style. They need to sell just that bacon jam from a jar! Stay tuned, more "epicurious" adventures to come from this...

The Scenario!!!!

OMG! I knew this woman could cook but talk about something HELLA GOOD?! I didn't think I was a fan of blue cheese and I've always been disgusted by coleslaw honestly lol but this flavor packed slider (which one slider was PLENTY) literally felt like an explosion in my mouth. I couldn't comprehend what I was eating because it was more than PACKEDDD with delicious flavor! Don't be that guy who orders this w/o something bc it all goes together for a reason! Mari's Hella Fat Food knows what...

We had Mari come out to our motorcycle Campout and it was perfect! Not only did they feed a large group of hungry bikers but it was fast, hot and delicious. Everyone was stoked and she's the one we are calling every time! The smashed tots were a hit! And having a buzzer to let you know your order was ready was excellent. We would highly recommend calling Maris Hella Fat Food for any event you need, you will not be disappointed! Their business is also a veteran owner business and we love to support those who served for our country and allow us to enjoy the freedoms we have everyday! Thanks so much and we can't wait to see...
