Burger King — Restaurant in North Carolina

So I walk in there's not a line there's an African American lady standing there with her cell phone shoved up underneath the cash register while she is taking my order she's texting not paying attention to anything that she's doing I'm trying to tell her what I want she's on her phone texting he keeps looking at her phone she orders me the wrong food when I get into the car I realize that the food is not right then I call in there cuz I don't have time to go back in there and get it because I'm on the way to work and the manager I guess was very apologetic but didn't sound like you care very much what kind of culture is this does the woman not need her job why in the world can't you take a minute off your cell phone to actually take somebody's order that's what your job is you're supposed to be taking orders she did not give a damn about what I was ordering she was interesting in texting the food was horrible I couldn't even eat what I got I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody the lady needs to take those great big eyelashes off her head somebody needs to take the cell phone away from her and maybe she could see what she was doing and do a better job because this is getting to be ridiculous.. my 5 year old niece could do a better job...

I went in with a fellow police officer on the 26th September 2018. We had to wait for someone to take our order for about 5 minutes or so with no one else there and then waited another 11 minutes just to hear an employee named Brandon say he was refusing to serve us because we were cops and the staff along with the Manager could not get him to prepare our order. After hearing stating "Their lucky we ain't on the street!" My fellow officer and I decided it was time to ask for my money back. I asked the Manager to refund my money which he did promptly while the man continued on with his rant. One female employee asked him numerous times to "Shut up!" That had no effect. The other officer is my supervisor and is not from this area we came down to check on the status of our other officers who were down here helping with the hurricane relief. I am also a resident of this area and have frequently brought my children here for breakfast because they enjoyed it. I nor my family will no longer be using this facility and I will be telling all of my fellow officers and military veterans in the area about this incident. I will continue to try and reach the franchise holder of this particular BK to address the matter of...

I like a fast food meal once in a while, but not the problems with cashier's at times. If a flyer on the outside window, says 10 piece chicken nuggets for $1.69 , and we all know tax is not included, to be told by cashier " oh.. the nuggets are no longer $1.69 but $1.89 and tax. Told her to take the flyer, on the window, down if price is not right. As it was advertised for $1.69 and tax in the flyer then she should have sold me them for $1.69 plus tax not $1.89 plus tax as she told me. She just stood there not doing nothing. I again asked her to charge me the flyer price, she just stood there doing nothing. I figured she was probably waiting for the Manager, I finally, getting no where with her, said forget it and I headed to the door to leave.. I heard her tell Manager, when asked what was going on, She told the lady the price of 10 PC chicken nugget was $1.69 plus tax making them $1.89 . Wrong she did not tell me that.
