Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in New Britain

Ok my first review needs changing.....i wanna give 0 stars for the stupidity tht happened tnight, driver came 20 mins later than app stated he shouldve been here, forgot 1 of our pizzas and told us we need t call the store, we did the lady who answered called the driver, said driver said its in his bag, said he was turning around to bring the pizza.....LIES.....spoke w the driver, he said the lady lied, they didnt make the pizza and he had t go back t the store, and drive back to me...we like dominoes....second time we had a mishap, we are patient when we order, we always tip, please provide better service, yes u are close to the college so ur super busy, but then shouldnt u double up on checking orders. Driver apologized profusely, however i dont need the excuses as to y u mess an order up..like i stated previously ..Great variety, great taste! BUT the tracker needs fixing, takes 15 mins more than the notification stating "its there, you should be enjoying your pizza nom nom"........this is a total downer, please fix this. I have ordered from this dominos before and haven’t experienced any problems with my food being delivered. However, I just recently made an order and the delivery driver had made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. It is suppose to be a no contact delivery and usually is. However, he first calls and as I picked up and say hello, he hangs up. I then go outside and the food wasn’t on the porch so I went back inside. He then proceeds to my porch and stands there for several minutes then walks back to his car. I had waited a few minutes for him to pull off but he hadn’t so I had figured he left the food. I go back outside and the food still isn’t dropped off, at this point I’m just standing there frustrated, he then walks up and has me sign a paper ( which I haven’t done since before the pandemic) I had asked him isn’t this suppose to be a contactless delivery? Hate to be the person to leave a review. I'm super disappointed with my experience in this Domino's. I have been a faithful customer for years since moving to NB.

I redeemed my free 2 topping pizza and asked for extra spinach and onion. When I got there I had to pay for the extra, which is okay.

I get home and open the box... to my dismay there was normal amount, if not minimal amount of what I had asked and pay extra for

There's no way I'm going to drive back and asked for more toppings being hungry working all day, so I took a picture

I figured I would call them when I was hungry for another pizza as I don't want to eat the same thing back to back.

I spoke with the manager and she said there was nothing she could do repeatedly but come back the same day for them to remake it

Sadly I won't be eating there anymore.

Now I'm forced to drive further away just to...
