The “new manager “ as she calls her self is very confrontational. I asked the girl at the window if I have to come inside and buy gift cards and she said no she can do them at the window. I guess the “new manager “ didn’t like that . She stormed over to the window and said and I quote “hi I’m the new manager and you can’t buy gift cards at the window.” I told her to tell that to the girl and I quote again “I’m telling you.” Months went by and I went inside this morning and again the “new manager “ was there doing what she does best. The girl at the register took my order for a bagel , hot chocolate and 2 donuts I waited my hot chocolate came out I waited and watched them make sandwiches for 4 customers I asked for my donut and the girl forgot what kind of donut I had ordered because it’s been so long. I looked over and the guy making the sandwiches was standing, arms folded doing absolutely nothing. I asked about my bagel and again I had to tell him what I ordered at this point he started to make my bagel but wait here comes the “ new manager “ asking me to be patient. Instead of apologizing because you and I mean you as a team forgot my bagel. She kept going on about how they’re busy. Read moreI've been going to this D&D for years. The last few months it's changed. The customer service is horrible. The workers are having conversations with other coworkers while trying to take my order. Sometimes the workers will have music playing on their phones (to me that's unprofessional). Today my coffee came out horrible & when I asked to have it fixed, I get an attitude. In my opinion D&D coffee is not cheap so if I'm paying $3.00 for a coffee I expect it to be made right. I worked at a D&D when I was younger & the manager I had wouldn't stand for the things going on at this D&D location. To me customer service is everything. I really enjoy coming to this location whenever I have sweet cravings or just want to enjoy a great signature latte.
