Tony's Central Pizza — Restaurant in New Britain

Well....... I guess another restaurant I will longer order from and here's why:

This Past Saturday(05/29/2021) I ordered a Large Pepperoni and Sausage Pizza and Medium Hamburger, Onion & Pepper w/ Chicken wings hot sauce and Rance on the side. I was told the order was going to take approximately 45 minutes, they took over 1 hour and 10 minutes.

I'm understand that restaurants may be busy and they're on the rush, so when I called and asked nicely if the delivery man was on his way, she replied that he forgot our food and it's going to be another 30 to 35 minutes because they have to remake our food. Now, I'm starting to get annoyed..........

On the second call she said 35 minutes, we waited for that pizza for another hour. Pizza was cold, wings were cold and I was "hangry". Well, back to driving 30 minutes to Saviis, Jimmy's, Wilson or ...

First time ordering from Tony’s, newer in town so I’ve been trying different places. 3 stars are only because the wings were decent (rubbery soft skin but decent flavor) otherwise it would’ve been much lower. I ordered a chicken cutlet grinder & hot wings. My grinder was made wrong, the young lady over the phone read my order back to me stating NO cheese & add roasted peppers.. the cooks clearly did whatever they wanted because there was cheese on it which was melted onto the bread and lettuce on top so removing the cheese took all of the lettuce off as well. Ugh, oh & no peppers. Food was ok, but it’s important due to allergies that my order is made correctly. On top of paying for what you ordered! First and last time...

Great food but horrible dining in experience in regards that I have eaten there and constantly hear comments such as the waitress complaining that tony should charge more or the fact some of the staff will literally just stand while looking at me and talk about dine and dash. It creates this feeling like they expect me to steal. If they want to talk about charge, it's okay if that is an issue but not in areas customers can hear. I have no issues if wait staff stands at register because I imagine dine and dash is an issue but the fact that so many of them have such loud convos that should be in private and then openly stare for such large amount of times at customers I feel makes me reluctant to...
