911 Tacos Al Carbon — Restaurant in New Brunswick

I want to start by saying the was very good, and my rating is a reflection of the staff, the poor condition in which the food was packaged and complete lack of communication. Everything was packed separately in its own plastic bag which made it difficult for the dasher to transport and for myself to carry all the order, you could feel the plastic containers opening through the bags. One order had horchata which was sat sideways leaking tied up with the food. No one in the group order drinks coke, which was provided instead of the Inca kola I ordered and my consomme was leaking in the container with my quesadilla. When calling the restaurant to woman answer and said she didn’t speak English, but I thought about the dasher who said the restaurant told him the didn’t have a box for the food fir drink holders for the beverages, I immediately called back and asked to speak with someone who understands. A man who spoke English but didn’t comprehend came on the line, I expressed that I was dissatisfied with how the food was packaged, leaking beverage & soup and incorrect soda. After explaining this he replied “so what’s wrong with your order? You have your food.” This was a group order five, so I’m glad that everything was labeled, but there has to be a better way to package the food so that horchata and consomme aren’t leaking all over the place.
