Pizza City is a small pizzeria tucked in the corner off of Easton Avenue. It's right next to one of the greatest burger joints in New Brunswick, Diesel and Duke, but that's another story. This pizzeria looks small from the outside, but has a reasonable amount of seating area on the inside with classical pizzeria booths and benches. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I got the usual plain slice and then I decided to go with the chicken-bacon-ranch as a specialty. I personally am not a huge fan of chicken on pizza like many other college students seem to be. I've never even bothered with the CBR slice before today but seeing the slice behind the glass told me I had to try it. The CBR slice was absolutely fantastic. The chicken wasn't too dry and was flavorful. The bacon was just the right amount of crispy and the ranch was rich and creamy. The flavors of the slice worked really well with each other and the thin base of the pizza really emphasizes the other ingredients. The plain slice was also quite charming, sporting a thin base and a light crust. The slice was light in general for a pizza slice, but still filling nonetheless. It was pleasantly crispy and the cheese was very good. I didn't think highly of this pizzeria before stopping in, but I left know that I would happily return to enjoy another slice in the future.

I work until night and sometimes that means I don't have enough energy or time to make dinner. I used to go to RU Pizza and Grill but for some reason their number didn't work and now I come here. Best decision ever. Not only are the staff here polite and kind, but they made my pizza perfectly. It's a pretty convenient location and they have more than just pizza and college food. I haven't tried it yet but I want to try their authentic Mexican food. They have tortas and other things there. The pizza is top notch

Pizza City on Easton Ave is a New Brunswick gem. The bacon chicken ranch slices are amazing. They cook the pizzas perfectly. You can expect a nice crispy pizza, never burned. Good value, I never feel ripped off. The only thing they can improve is the interior is aging, but that certainly doesn’t change the quality of the food. The cheesesteak is also delicious. It’s New Brunswick so parking can be a challenge. Very nice staff!

Ordered for delivery. Driver was super nice.

Their mild wing sauce is sweet Apparently? When I called they told me that there was nothing that they could do.

The wings went in the trash, and the rest of the food made everybody sick.

A few days later, I got my credit card statement, and was charged a few dollars more than expected.

I’ve been calling for 3 days asking for managers. Every time that I call, there aren’t managers working. Eventually, the same person I spoke to twice called me back and said that they were a manager.

He lectured me about surcharges and how surcharges don’t have to be posted anywhere. He even said that gas stations don’t break down the prices?

I understand that places add surcharges to cards with how high credit card fees are. I would’ve just paid cash if the fees were posted anywhere. I literally ordered directly from their website. Nothing was posted.

I told him I wasn’t going to keep arguing with him, and that I was going to just dispute the charges with the credit card company. He chuckled and said “I get it. Just eat for free”.

Is it even eating for free if everything got thrown in the trash?

He eventually offered to give me the difference in cash if I came in to pick it up, but why would I spend $5 in gas driving there for a $3 overcharge? It doesn’t...

I ordered from here. When the driver arrived I took and signed the receipt as it was raining and he became aggressive because the I did it so fast he thought I hadn’t given him a tip. So he started to curse me for not tipping him. When he realized I had he attempted to apololie.... which was funny because when I got in my house it wasn’t even my order. I called the restaurant repeatedly.... because they kept hanging up on me .... no one cared because they were so busy. No problem... I understand that times are hard for all but that is no excuse for horrible behavior and service. Please keep in mind he still got a tip....
