BIG BULLY BITES — Restaurant in New Brunswick

Had thd most rude encounter with a delivery driver. When he arrived my mother didnt hear her phone when driver was outside. However she called back within 2 minutes. When we called the driver back and asked if he will be able to turn around, he told us it wasnt his problem in the most nastiest way and hung up. We tried to call back and he kept haning the phone up after yelling rude comments. Then i called the store and spoke to the lady who agreed her driver was being rude but no action was taken as far as jm concerned. Ive been a delivery driver my whole life and had to deal with people who didnt tip and i still never showed any amount of disrespect like their driver did. Their driver represents this company bad and negative way. He turned me off for supporting this...

I have been ordering from Wings Over Rutgers(WOR) for my 4 year college career. While on the pricey side, they have consistently delivered my food in a timely and professional manner with very few issues over the years. The quality of food varies on who's cooking, but generally everything is good and never had a bad order.

While they have their own issues they are the lesser evil compared to many other college food restaurants considering they usually don't hassle the customer, take orders in a timely and nonagressive manner( unlike other places which rush you and hang up before you're done), and delivery in a timely manner without issues( some restaurants delivery guys hold your meal as hostage if you don't tip them)

I ordered wings, a chicken sandwich and their hottest wings. Let's start with the good. The employee behind the counter was very polite and informative. I was disappointed the menu on Google Maps wasn't up to date. They no longer serve ribs. I wanted to be impressed by the food but sadly if "Meh" was a chicken restaurant it would be "Wings Over Rutgers". Their hottest wings weren't hot, they were spicy but not really hot. The California sauce(I think that's what it was called) was sweet but plain. The place isn't bad but it's not good enough for me to go again. Spicy Chicken from Wendy's is much better. Save yourself the trip. Oh...I ordered Tots and got waffle fries...
