November 9th, 2023: STAFF SERVICE The service is exceptionally friendly, bubbly, and poppy in terms of customer service and friendliness. This place is very welcoming and definitely worth the visit.

FOOD AND PRICE! You have a wide range of control over your food choices and how you want them prepared. The home fries are the best I've ever had!! The French toast is made to perfection; it's fluffy. The eggs come with cheese inside (optional), and it was incredibly smooth. They also offer healthy and sweet organic drinks, and the best part is, it's affordable given the inflation! Please stop by when you're in NJ or just passing through! No other place around can compare.

Great little spot in New Brunswick! We stopped by Sol-Kalanit after a skills class at work and were pleasantly surprised. It’s a small place with about six tables—clean, cozy, and presentable. The food came out quickly, which we appreciated because we were hungry! We ordered two breakfast dishes and two lunch dishes, all of which were solid. My friend had the freshly squeezed orange juice, it looked amazing and fresh, and she confirmed it tasted just as good.

The only server on duty was polite and attentive, though a bit on the quiet side. Our only real complaint was with the eggs: I asked for over medium and got well done, and my friend’s over-easy eggs were also cooked too much. Aside from that, everything else was great.

This is only our 2nd visit, however we felt like family the first time we walked thru the doors 2 weeks ago. This family owned restaurant treats everyone like a long lost relative. On our first visit it was our daughter's birthday we had 1 breakfast special, simply delicious shrimp tacos, and a breakfast sandwich. They surprised her with a small stack of pancakes with fruit whipped cream and a candle on top singing “Happy Birthday” everything we had to eat was better than expected and came out quickly.
