⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The Dunkin' Donuts at 7903 Annapolis Rd in Lanham, MD, is nothing short of extraordinary. This establishment doesn't just serve coffee and breakfast; it provides an experience that redefines what fast food service can and should be. As a daily visitor, I can say with complete confidence that this location has mastered the art of delivering exceptional service, quality, and cleanliness with unwavering consistency.
On a recent morning, I placed my order at precisely 7:13 am and arrived at 7:19 am. To my delight, my s’mores medium coffee, bacon, egg, and cheese croissant, and hash browns were already prepared and waiting for me alongside several other completed orders. This level of efficiency is not an occasional stroke of luck but a standard operating procedure at this location. No matter how busy the drive-thru or how packed the lobby, my order is always ready when I walk through the door, and it's always perfect.
What truly sets this Dunkin' Donuts apart, however, is the meticulous attention to detail that permeates every aspect of the customer experience. The cleanliness here is second to none. The floors gleam as if freshly polished, reflecting a commitment to hygiene that is both reassuring and commendable. The tables and counters are consistently wiped down, ensuring a spotless and welcoming environment. Utensils are always neatly organized and readily available, adding to the overall convenience.
Moreover, the staff at this location are the embodiment of hospitality. Every single employee I’ve encountered greets customers with a genuine smile and a warm demeanor that instantly brightens the day. It’s clear that this is more than just a job for them; it’s a calling to deliver excellence, and they take immense pride in their work. Their collective energy creates an atmosphere that is not only efficient but also incredibly inviting.
And then there's the quality of the food and beverages. The s’mores coffee is nothing short of divine—rich, smooth, and expertly balanced, it’s the perfect start to any day. The bacon, egg, and cheese croissant is always a culinary delight, with the bacon cooked to a perfect crisp, the eggs fluffy and flavorful, and the croissant perfectly flaky and buttery. The hash browns are consistently golden and crispy, providing the ideal accompaniment to a well-rounded breakfast.
In a world where fast food often sacrifices quality for speed, this Dunkin' Donuts location has found a way to excel at both. The entire team deserves the highest praise for their unwavering dedication to creating a superior customer experience. They have turned a simple morning coffee run into a highlight of my day, time and time again.
To the entire staff at 7903 Annapolis Rd: thank you for your hard work, your attention to detail, and your commitment to excellence. You have set a new standard, and I am deeply grateful for the consistently outstanding service you provide. This is not just a Dunkin' Donuts—this is an example of what every fast food establishment should...
Read moreThis was the worst customer service experience I've ever had BY FAR. This DD online says it's open on Sunday's till 9. Me and my significant other that needed to relieve herself in a bathroom, went to the door and to our surprise it was locked. We saw two employees in the store cleaning up. We looked at the time sticker on the window, they were closing at 6PM as they do on Sunday's. So online is not updated. We checked our phones it was 5:40PM. (The sign didn't specify lobby times vs drive thru times) I then called this DD and asked why the doors were locked and if they could be opened just so the bathroom could be used and we'd then proceed to order thru the window. (As we needed coffee for our road trip home) The girl that picked up the phone hesistatively explained that the lobby closes "early" not specifying how early and that they could not open the door and that the drive thru was still open till 6PM. I said okay, figured we'd find a different solution to our bathroom problem but get our very much needed Dunkin. Two cars in front of us, ordered and left. We pull up to the speaker, no greeting, no noise, no acknowledgement WHATSOEVER for 4 min. At which point my significant other loudly speaks into the speaker "HELLO?" Another maybe 45 secs past... NOTHING. So we go to the window, make direct eye contact with one of the two girls I saw at the beginning still sweeping, and she CONTINUED SWEEPING! I then called the store as we drove off... And they did not answer my call. So of course my rage had me call again, when a different voice from the first picked up and I expressed pretty calmly how incredibly disrespected I felt and she said "EXCUSE ME?" To which I explained I know exactly what her and coworker were trying to do and I understood they wanted to leave early but if you work at a job that closes at 6PM then that means the door closes and speaker turns off at 6PM, that doesn't mean you close up shop at 5:40PM and treat your customers with disrespect. This is the very first review I've ever left and that should be a very big sign that this has influenced me badly about Dunkin Donuts as a corporation... Is this how they are trained or just a...
Read moreIf I could give this place a zero I would, I was ordering my food and drinks and specifically asked for a decaf ice caramel signature latte and I got to the front window received my drink and saw that the sticker didn’t say decaf I don’t want to drink caffeine as I am expecting, I was waiting in line for them to remake the drink and some lady working the food station basically screamed at the cashier for me to pull up my car as I pulled up and waited for the drink another employee came out and I asked for the lady name he basically lied and said her name was “Wendy” because he hesitated and thought too long for him to give me a name I know she is the manager there with the black collard shirt she had on. It was so unprofessional and very upsetting as I come here almost all the time to get breakfast I will take my business elsewhere and I hope they can train these little kids to give better customer service and to not lie when asking for the...
