The manager Kayla reached out to me and was so kind she did everything she could to remedy this issue for me. She remade my drink to perfection! I've been going here for a while.And it just threw me off because it was not the norm, and then all of a sudden, I just started having issues. This has been resolved and I am very thankful that they care so much about their customers to take care of this and make it right for me. It is me and my daughters favorite place to get drinks so knowing that we can come back and won't run into these issues makes us happy!
So I used to absolutely love this place and I go here three or four times a week. Never had any problems until like a month ago I got charged for an extra large which I ordered and got a large. Called them, but it was almost closed they remade it no problem. 4 other times that I go in there same thing they tried to give me a large when I ordered and xl and they seemed irritated and inconvenienced when i said hey no i ordered an xl. So they fix it make it right. I order the same thing every single time. I go there and normally it's made very well, but lately they haven't been putting hardly any pumps of the caramel in it so it has been very bitter, and I like it pretty sweet. So no problem, I ask them every time Can you please put some of the extra in there and make it sweet but every time it is still not sweet. Im willing to even pay extra if ai have to. I figured out that I've asked them to make it extra sweet twice that I've been in there they made it perfectly the way I like it. I go in yesterday and they pretty much know my order. I asked her, can you please make sure it's really sweet when i'm ordering it because I do not like it bitter she just kinda sighed and I got the feeling like they were just irritated. For whatever reason I don't know, they could have been having a bad day, but it did not feel very welcoming.
I get around get my order. And it's the same girl that hands it to me, that I have had all of the mess ups with all the other orders. I always take a sip and try it out before I pull away. And i've never had to pull back up and ask for them to fix it, except for yesterday. It literally had no caramel in it.It was extremely bitter and it tasted like burnt coffee. So I drive back around and I said, is there any way you can please put some extra caramel or something in here to make it sweet because it literally tastes like just brewed coffee and milk. She said she was not sure what she could do, but she could give me a couple sugar packets or cane sugar packets to put in my iced coffee. I don't know if you have ever tried to put sugar packets in your iced coffee, but it does not dissolve because it's cold and it tastes gross. I told her that I would much rather prefer like some pumps of the caramel sauce because that's what's supposed to go in it. She does not offer to remake my drink or even a take it and add the caramel directly in it. Instead, she puts me two pumps of caramel in a little, tiny plastic thing. Now, let me remind you, this is an extra large drink that two pumps did absolutely nothing. I did not want to go back around because they already seemed irritated with me. So I went to dollar tree, bought some caramel syrup just to be able to drink my drink. I am just highly disappointed. I have never ran into these issues. And it seems like the last month and a 1/2 is just gone downhill and I spend a lot of money here. I'm there sometimes everyday of the week. Sometimes three or four days of the week.And I just cannot see myself going back anymore after this. It seems like it was such an inconvenience. Read moreToday I ordered 2 waffle sandwiches, 1 bacon chibatta sandwich, 2 oreo blenders, 1 oreo cake bite, and an order of the burger sliders. To which i did not receive my sliders. I did not get a receipt, i did not check the food until after i left due to being short on time, but i know i paid for it as i put in the amount of food/drink i ordered on the app and it came out to the same price i paid. I tried calling the phone number associated with the New Castle, IN store here, and it says the number isn’t a working number. I tried going online and the email isn’t working either. I’m out the $6.25 for the sliders that i didn’t even get to try. The rest of the food was good, that’s why i gave the food section of this review 5 stars but the rest was low. Read moreI wish this was a better place but it's not. There's such inconsistency when ordering it's unreal. I can order the same drink everyday and it will be completely different each time. Their food is not good and half the time the lids don't fit on the cups and your blended drink keeps dripping out of the sides or you try to grab it from your cup holder and the top pops off and it explodes everywhere. Their drink holders are made extemly cheap as well. I got 3 drinks and we carried them into the house and the drink carrier gave way and the coffees fell all over my floor. I recently went through and got 2 peanut butter crunch blenders and neither had peanut butter in them. I tried calling and they just kept hanging up.
