Duffy's Diner — Restaurant in New Iberia

They messed up our last 3 of 4 pick up orders. The first it was they forgot a fry. They gave us a $10 discount on our food. The second time they messed up and forgot our fried okra. They honored us with a free okra. Well the last time we ordered they gave us the completely wrong meal besides the okra which we forgot to use the discount for. We got home noticed called went back got our right food and gave back the wrong order. They said our next meal was on them since we never used the okra and they screwed everything else. Called today and they told me they couldn't honor our discount because one it wasnt noted and two because we went back and got the right meal. WTF duffys. Yall better than that.

Update: Dug further into and they ended up honoring their credit plus some. I thank them for that because their food is great and service inside is usually always great.

What a dump! I do not know how they stay in business. Went to dinner with 2 others.They each got a salad with chicken on top. They received it in to go boxes even though they weren’t to go. Everyone around us had a mixture of to go boxes and regular dishes. Strange. They received their salads. One person said hers seemed like it had been packed that morning and was very old. It also had random pieces of chopped ham in it. I ordered a baked potato. Because both dinner companions had finished their salads. I went up and canceled the baked potato order and just asked for the check. As I sit down, the same server brought me a baked potato and said it had just been finished cooking. It was only cooked halfway through and the sour cream they served it with it was in a packet like a ketchup packet. It was warm, so I checked it. This used to be a really good place to go besides the not welcome in.. very poor attitude. Tonight I went in never got greeted went sit down 10 minutes later my waitress came to the table ( what y'all want to drink) I should have left at that point but mind you it's all younger that works there. so placed our drink order came with our drinks. Placed my food order a burger, grilled catfish sandwich, and a grilled chicken sandwich. Now all they had was maybe four customers in the place. 35 minutes after we placed our order I had to mentally yell to get my waitress attention I then asked how long my order will be she never returned to my table so I asked the manager if she could let me know how long my order would be well she did the same thing never returned so after almost a hour wait I decided to cancel my order to get approached with a attitude from the management very unprofessional.. after tonight they lost another customer to poor management I don't see this place staying open...
