McDonald's — Restaurant in New Iberia

Please provide quality/quantity of drinks! Went thru drive thru today and ordered two large drinks, no ICE. First drink, the cup was no where’s near full. The second cup had even less coke in it than the first one. I asked the person to please fill the second cup. Her quick response was, “the machine fills it that way”. I asked again and was told the same. I asked a third time, she finally keeps the cup and closes the window. Apparently someone wanted to see who I was, so they looked out the window and then told the person something. This happens too many times. I suggest to either set the machine so that the cup is full, or advise whoever is at the window, to make sure the cup is full. I’m sure all customers expect what they are paying for. The next time I choose to go there, I will check the cup before the drink is given to me. If it’s the same as today, I will ask once again to fill the cup. Hopefully, I won’t have to list another negative review over something that could have been...

I ask for cup of courtesy water to drink, for after I finish my cone. The cashier said no free water. No, you have to pay. ( No free courtesy water, not even a tiny cup... wow). As much as I stop by McDonald's. $$ Anyhow, The cashier then hands my cone to me but in a cup. I pick the cone up and the ice cream was all melted and watery. Splat it goes down in that cup. So no water and no cone. I ask for my refund. I think it's time for me to give up on McDonald's. As much as the company makes, as much as people go..I understand they are not obligated to give water. But a tiny cup just like the cup I got for that melted ice-cream I could of gotten a bit of water. It doesn't hurt to spare a tiny gulp of water especially if its a paying customer. You guys always ask me to round up for that Ronald Mcdonald charity or whatever and still can't give out free courtesy...

This was the worst mcdonald’s i have ever gone to. I paid for 2 meals with hot n’ spicies, the printer didn’t print my recipe so i told the cashier at the register. She responds “well that’s really not my problem”. I got my food a couple minutes later with stale fries and 2 dry burgers. I asked for my 2 drinks and i was told that i didn’t place an order, but i got the two meals and the pending charge on my credit card app. She claimed that i didn’t pay but i showed her the charge and she refused to give me my drinks and said i had to pay for 2 more. my sister-in-law and her boyfriend gave up one of their cups for my fiancé and i to have a cup to wash down the dry a** food. Plus the bathroom is flooded and my sister-in-law almost fell, there was no wet floor sign either. this location needs...
