Waffle House — Restaurant in New Iberia

Came here at 11:00p.m I ordered a burger with grilled onions, hashbrowns, and 2-eggs sunny side-up. We ordered sweet tea asked for 6-lemons... got 4-lemons I ordered a double order of grilled onion, the picture of my double order I'll show what I got. Didn't get any condiments (mayo & Mustard) that I asked for to put on my burger. The waitress is Pathetic. We're great tippers when we get service. We saw her twice. Once to take the order 2nd she brought some of our food. She went to sit down to eat so we asked The cook to get a drink refill, my mayo & mustard and 57-sauce. She Never came checked on us nor bring us our ticket and we had been finished.... That place will go down having people like that working there. JUST PLAIN...

I was pressured to close my bill out so a waitress could leave? I was confused. This server was at the end of her shift. Never greeted us. Wasn’t the one who took my order. Never spoke with her. The cook took our order. But I’m closing out before the rest of my meal makes it to the table. Then I watch as she sits and waits to leave. Had to remind the staff about my burning waffles. I’ll drive across town to avoid this location again. This was my third visit. And everytime, there’s something unprofessional happening. I always tip everywhere I go. But I regretted it the last time I went. That’s for sure. Three stars bc I hope the staff can get it together. Don’t have the heart to give them one. I’d hate to see a new...

Ordered pick up on line and when we got home both waffles were missing from our order. Ordered biscuits on both orders but one had toast, ordered grits on one order and got hash browns instead. Tried calling the number to the store and it says you have to go on line to order and gives you zero options to talk to an employee. Food was cold AF and not all that good but I expected to at least get what I ordered. Typical New Iberia restaurant experience with below par employees who are too busy playing with their friend’s baby at the bar instead of doing a simpletons job. Will drive to Broussard to go to Mel’s to avoid this waste of space they call Waffle...
