Rosary House — Local services in New Iberia

The Rosary House is a store packed with beautiful gifts and Catholic items. We’ve been patrons for many years. I purchased 23 crucifix pendants for a Retreat with the promise of receiving the remaining 13 soon. After two months of waiting there is no estimated time of arrival. I asked for the vendor name and of course the manager would not share. I tried to give The Rosary House my business but they can’t fill the order in a timely manner. I’m not trying to steal their revenue, I’m trying to complete my task in a timely manner. All I asked for was the understanding that my task needs to be completed. Firstly, The Rosary House is a Catholic, Christian store. The staff should represent the Catholic faith and not the almighty dollar. Releasing a vendor name was not going to break the business nor was it going to stop me from driving an hour and a half to shop at your store. I’m saddened...

I have driven from Baton Rouge, LA. to New Iberia, LA. with several Sisters of the Holy Family from New Orleans LA. my children and I would get very happy when Sister Beulah Marie Sam, SSF would call and say she was going to The Rosary House, it was always exciting thinking about what treasures we' re going to see and buy, beautiful resary beads, statues of exquisite beauty, scapula's, prayer cards, Medals for the Saints, you name it they have it. The people who work there are very helpful and very very friendly we were greeted at the end of our check out by an elderly man who was very kind and would give us a little lanyap added to our purchas. Everything is EXCELLENT!! The staff is always more than helpful! They are friendly and knowledgeable! We have been coming here for all the years they been in existence. Large store with vast inventory from prayer cards, rosaries, statues, baptism items, crosses, and candles. So many items, you MUST visit for yourself. Sufficient parking.
