LONG WAIT. We were the only ones in there. I don’t know if it was just a bad time or day to come but I waited OVER ONE HOUR in there for my crepe, the mini pancakes came out a bit sooner, and the boba came first. But over an hour is insane. After I paid he said 20 minutes and even that seemed long to me I questioned “20 minutes???” Also I have a baby and a little kid so baby started getting fussy and son was swinging on the swing and all the flowers just fall off the wall and I had to keep picking them up with my son. For those 3 things it cost 27.01 so also expensive. Almost 30$ for three small things… Honestly I mean it was good but I have a lot of cons to my experience. The look and taste was good but the crepe was rubbery and some hard parts. The banana they used wasn’t ripe so it had that green banana taste to it. The pancakes are super tiny for the price. They have a small amount of coffee options so I didn’t get any. Also they make the boba with powder? And waiting so long I got stuck leaving in torrential down pouring thunderstorm with a baby and kid and we all got soaked and had to drive home in it. I thought I’d be in there 15 mins top not over an hour and get stuck in the storms. That all being said it’s been a couple hours since and I’m only leaving this review because it gave me a bad stomach ache… Some of these reviews say great service but the guy put the menu down in front of me and walked away, and didn’t talk to us and even give a smile the whole hour. He did apologize after giving us the food each time for it taking so long. But no I won’t be back based on my experience, if I had a better experience or it didn’t take as long I would just to get my son the boba. Other than that it’s a hard...
Read moreBubble tea wasn't good. The tapioca were way overcooked and my milk tea was just made with powder, no real tea. It was also missing the black sugar syrup. Mango fruit drink was also made from powder, even though the menu says fresh. The couple running the place were there, and when we walked in, I think the mom was changing the kids diaper. It wasn't very professional. The design is neat, but overall don't recommend.
RESPONSE: I didn't go today, I visited a while ago. They might have gotten better, but this was still my experience. I understand that bad reviews hurt you, but they aren't fake. I have no clue where you got mango dragon fruit from. I said just plain mango, which is on your menu. This is my real account and I have no clue how you could even tell that I just made it for two reasons. One: Google wouldn't share that with you, and two: I didn't. Also your response comes off very aggressive and seems like it's just to try to get others to think mine is fake.
RESPONSE: Thanks for the clarification. I still don't see how you think this account is fake, because it isn't. I apologize for the confusion, I was talking about the mango fruit freeze. I double checked the address, and this is in fact the place that I went to.
EDIT: I've done some more looking at reviews, and have found another where you claim that the review is incorrect. You have to stop claiming that every bad review is fake to trick others online and just try to...
Read moreI can honestly say I can’t speak on behalf of the food. Before seeing the restroom I was going to order a crepe, but they said that they were out? I thought they made them there? They also only opened like an hour before. I believe they said that because they didn’t feel like making one. In hindsight I’m glad they didn’t feel like it because… they have the grossest restrooms ever, unfortunately. No soap, less than a quarter of a roll of toilet paper along with napkins from the cafe part. The garbages were overflowing and lots of feces splatters all over the toilets. One of the toilets was filled to the brim with poop water. It was gnarly in there. I can’t help but think that they also do not wash their hands before making the food or drinks. Unclean practices may be taking place here, not completely sure. They do wear gloves I noticed, so that’s good I guess if they’re not washing their hands. Waited about 15-20 mins for two teas because there was no tapioca. I didn’t even drink the tea, my husband was the brave one who did and he said it tasted like it has some spice or incense taste to it. So please with the $20 we spent there earlier, please go buy some toilet paper, some Clorox and hand soap. I don’t like writing bad reviews and they seemed like really nice people, but if you don’t have a clean place then people aren’t going to want to come in to eat and drink at your...
