Subway — Restaurant in New Lenox

Restaurant has been in middle of renovations - now with far less seating - for 6+ weeks. Toppings, such as cheese, are intermittently out of stock. Sauce bottles often end up with oils separating out, and most employees do not shake/mix bottle before applying sauce. Meatball sandwiches made by new employees end up having burned sauce which tastes disgusting- a combination of ignorance AND neglect to not be removing/cleaning the containers the meatballs are in. Not to mention, the new metal cooler in front of the meat station BLOCKS the CUSTOMER'S view as meat&cheese are applied. What happened to SUBWAY IS MY WAY? Wraps are no longer made with tortillas, but flatbreads to save $$$. Corporate targets are strangling this restaurant- which used to be the best Subway...

I had taken my son into this subway for lunch, and Emma was the one that was gonna take the order.. my 9 year old son had ask her what kinda bread they had and she ignored him and stared off into the parking lot. So i proceeded to tell him the bread options, then told her what kinda sandwiches they had and he asked to see the ham, Emma picked the ham up with attitude, so that’s when I decided I would take my business somewhere else.. when I got outside I called inside and asked to speak with the manager which happened to be the same girl that called herself waiting on us. So I asked her for corporate’s number and she told me it’s online I looked online and didn’t not see it.. I would NEVER do business...

They are supposed to close at 9:30 but the night staff came to us while I was eating with my kids and literally kicked us out at 9 I asked to stay 5 minutes to finish eating but they refused We asked for the manager and they refused to give us any names. We had to finish our food in the car. The staff who were working on 6/23/2023 the night shift were extremely rude and ignorant They kicked 2 customers out indicating that they were closed but they still had 30 minutes on Google for closing time If you want to be humiliated and disrespected go to subway at this location Horrible experience and horrible place run by...
