Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in New London

Ordered two large pizzas one was a Philly cheese steak and the other was a extravaganza. We got them home and the Philly was ok but the extravaganza was bad. It tasted moldy and not right. We called the store and the girl said it was a special ingredient to make it taste that way. So we took the pizza back to the store and one of the male employees started to argue with me . I've worked in the food industry and one rule is the customer is always right . I asked for the corporate number he said to go on line I then asked for the owners number and was told I couldn't have it . I will not be returning to that store especially when an employee says it's a special ingredient. This isn't the first time I've had problems...

Ordered a pan pizza and a large thin crust… thin pizza was ok albeit a little over done. Pan style was completely under cooked , completely raw dough in the middle … called to see if they would send a replacement after some confusion they said yes .. waited all night for new pizza to show …. Never showed. It’s too bad, we would have tipped the driver again . Horrible business.. not going to last long if they keep this up …. Update…. Sent you an email with contact info and guess what…. No flipping...

We ordered 5 lg pizzas and were told it would be ready in 30 minutes for pick up. I waited 40 minutes before going. They were just starting the order when i arrived. They forgot the beef on one pizza, no pepperoni on a pizza with double green olives and pepperoni and they had green peppers on it. The double chicken and bacon had ham instead of bacon. And the double philly steak and mushroom did not have double steak. I understand that they were very busy, but that's still alot of mistakes...
