Management, have you ever considered serving family style? I believe your restaurant would benefit from this option, especially on Sundays. A throwback to family Sunday dinner, with ALL dinning at the same table, priceless! All my friends are fans, I'm not. Offering run of the mill, restaurant choices, hardly makes a unique statement. Family style appetzers, main courses and desert would add to the charm of Riverside dinning. Although, salad bars are popular, an old-fashioned bowl of greens or home cooked soups, warm table side bread. mmmđ! Moderation in bread and fountain drink refills would increase appetites, and raise potential profitability. Using the KISS strategy, offer superior dressings, a homemade apple pie, cheesecake, chocolate cake, and of course gourmet ice cream. Great coffee never should be missing. The taste of natural ingredients presented and prepared meticulously, would fill your facility with happy costumers. First thing I would get rid of, is the melted margarine, accompanying your mashed or baked potato this is such a poor real butter replacement. Will I return to your establishment??? I prefer to reside in Wisconsin and eat five star gourmet food, at home. Always, and forever, mi casa es su casa. Help with cleanup can be and is appreciatedđ. Maya gourmet foodie,...
Read moreI definitely wouldnât consider this a supper club⌠itâs more of a bar with a dine in option. We went here because of the reviews we saw about the salad bar, and heard from Neighbors it was a cool place. It had a cool vibe if youâre looking to go out for a very very casual.
The salad bar was less than par. Ice burg lettuce mix, the tomatoes were cut in 1inch wedges, the cucumbers were also largely cut, options were limited. No cottage cheese or croutons, unless you wanted to crumble up the stale garlic bread they offered.
When we got there we asked if we could sit outside (mind you weâve never been here) the âhostâ handed us the menus and told us to find a table and then come back in and let her know where we sat⌠not a very welcoming experience.
The menus⌠ok I guess if you only want five options with different plate offerings of it.
I got the tenderloin and lobster. Paid a decent price. The steak was ok, and the lobster was way overcooked, and hard to chew. Couldnât even swallow it.
For a supper club I didnât see one dinner roll, anywhere.
We def wonât be back⌠I guess unless we want a burger or âdecent mealâ but not likely for the prices...
Read moreI would give zero stars if I could still leave a review! Just walked out without even getting a table! I'm local & just tried this place for the second time as the dinner rush ended about 8:15pm. I can't recall the last time I was treated so horribly anywhere! All I can say is they better know who you are or be prepared for rude service. I am extremely dissappointed. I was excited because I was told it's the same owners as Dick & Joan's and I've never ever had a bad experience or meal there. Well l've NEVER been treated SO poorly before even getting a table. The hostess forgot about us & when she remembered she walked over to the dirty bar table we waited at and literally DROPPED/SLAMMED the menus down & walked away without a word. Will not be back again nor will I recommend. Too bad for them because we...
