I go here 5 or 6 days a week and always order my coffee through the app. I had some cash I wanted to spend so I ordered at the drive thru. My drink came wrong so I pulled back in and politely asked for it to be remade. (I already have social anxiety so I didnāt even want to ask) But I did. The girl at the drive thru was so rude and told me I ordered my coffee wrong when I know I didnāt. She cut me off while i was speaking and said āok pull up thenā I pulled up to the window and she handed me my drink with her arm out of the window and her back completely facing towards me. I said thank you and she ignored me. I work in food service and I know how customers can be but I was not rude or giving them a problem in any way. Itās sad because I also leave a tip almost every time I go there. This one experience was enough to make me not go there again. If you work in food service for tips youād think the person would at least try to give descent service to keep the customers coming back and getting more tips but the one girl in particular ruined it for everyone there.
