McDonald's — Restaurant in New London

MARIA, the manager/owner of this establishment thinks it’s appropriate to call the police on 11-12 year old Black & Brown children who were very literally attempting to buy happy meals, allege that they’re grown teenagers, and audibly raise her voice at them in the store and more because allegedly their was a bike too close to the door (despite it being moved multiple times per her request). This woman thinks it’s appropriate to call armed, grown adults with guns and impunity to discipline young kids if yelling at them isn’t enough. She is racist, violent, unprofessional, and deserving of every bad thing and ounce of ire coming her way. We all know what the risk is with telling a FALSE story of young Black & Brown pre-teen CHILDREN as violent, aggressive, and causing a commotion within her establishment which could not be further from the truth. If something were to happen to those children it would be on her hands and she has no issue weaponizing state violence/ militarized arms of the state on YOUNG KIDS because they mumbled under their breath that she was “st*pid” after being belligerently yelled at by an old woman. On Aug 15 I went to pick up 2 orders at the Drive Thru. There were 2 employees there. A young lady and another one Older. The older employee really needs to be trained and respectful. She was yelling on people coming to pick orders. She was very excited and disrespectful. When I was at the counter, she first accused me to not telling her that I have 2 orders to pickup. She lies on that. After she told me that she doesn't have the order on her system and later she told me that the order is not ready and I should turn around to the beginning in the line. I have to mention that I spent around 30_35 mns to reach the 2nd window. It is clear that she keep finding a reason for the order that was not ready, she was excited, yelling, closing the windows very hard and using inappropriate dirty expressions toward me. The yonger employee seems to not being comfortable with her behavior and comes to me, and explain me that they will prepare the order.

Be careful what you serve yourself and family from McDonald’s. I stop by to get a quick meal for my kids after school, upon receiving my meal I ask for sauce. The team member gave me one sweet and sour sauce, I asked for an extra sauce and was told they charge for it. I hand her my receipt and told her I ordered 2 meals, her response, “we charge for extra sauce”. I ask her if it now there policy to give one sauce per order, she walked about. I ask what the cost was told $.25, to keep the peace and my kids satisfied, I paid for it. While waiting I noticed the date and time stamp on the Apple pies were, intentionally removed. I asked what is the purposed for removing the time stamp, no one had an answer, but was trying to make up different stories not reason. I knew the pies were expired as they have done it there before.
