Today my family of four went into this location in Santa Rosa because subway is always our fast food choice, because I enjoy subway sandwiches so much and services history has been decent my family continue to visit. However today, the manager was a Hispanic women with dark hair who wasn’t wearing a name tag so I couldn’t get her name was very rude and even interrupted me. I asked one of the employees about a coupon I had on my phone because I am even subscribed to the text line that sends coupons if I could redeem this. The employee wasn’t to sure so I asked him to ask a manager so we could all find out. (He was respectful) however when he walked to the back to grab her I saw her roll her eyes and come out. She came out and said “now what did you want?” So I explained the coupon for a free 6” and she said “we don’t do that” while I was speaking mid sentence. She explained she needed a barcode on the paper. I responded that I’m the text, once I press redeem it will give her a code and without even looking or considering to help she responds “we can’t do it!” In a much higher tone. Although bother we’re obviously irritated and I could tell she’d rather be anywhere else but there. This really destroyed subways reputation in our eyes and my dad almost pulled us all out in anger for the managers attitude. The manager was the most rude and insincere employee who helped up. After this interaction the other girl caught on to the attitude and as she was making my sandwich I asked for tomato and she only put one and a half pretty much. until I asked her to add another so she through it on the sandwich with attitude. My whole family agreed out sandwiches where cold and not toasted thoroughly. I feel very unvalued as a customer and it really offended myself...

Then Celina was talking so quiet that i couldn't hear her so i said i can't hear what you're saying. Marianna was helping another person, but walked over and said is there a problem. I said i couldn't hear what Celina was saying and that i only wanted a little bit of mustard, but she put quite a bit so Marianna rudely said I'll scrape it off. I said it was fine and she rolled her eyes and finished taking the other persons order. Marianna should not be working in customer service if she has that kind of attitude. Celina needs to speak loud enough for people to hear and understand her. Marianna i have read alot of comments on how rude you are to customers. I'm not the only one. My wife and I stayed at the Hampton in which was across the street for a Pilot Rest Stop. The service and food was so substandard that we ate a quarter of our subs and had to throw them away. The meat had a foul smell to it. I had Chicken Terryaki and it tasted horrible. The vegetables were like left out of the case for three days along with the stale bread. It didn't taste at all like any of the Subways I've been to. My wife's Italian Spicy was the same. Slimy Meat, foul taste bad bread and sloppy. The only thing was right was the drinks. Even the chips were close to expiring. Do not eat at this Subway. I feel sorry for the truckers that need to stop to eat here thinking it is good because of the chain. Do not eat here!
