Staff has no training. Lines get super long because staff has no idea what they are doing due to improper training or just being idiots. This girl handed me a large iced cold brew with no ice at all and said sometimes people don’t want ice. So I said remake it. It’s an iced cold brew, it always has ice unless stated otherwise. She gave me attitude and tried to poor it into a new cup with ice which I said no, make a whole new one. My wife got a five dollar coupon for her birthday. We hit Dunkin on the way to Danbury. Very clean inside. She got a frozen coffee with french vanilla. It tasted delicious. I gave it a four instead of a five due to the time to make it. We placed a mobile order and arrived a few minutes later. I told the guy up front I was waiting for a mobile order and what the name was. Nobody else was in the store, customer after customer went through the drive-through. An employee coming off break asked if he can help me. I told him what I was there for. He checked a different printer and found the order. He apologized and made the drink very quickly. Every weekday at 6 AM I stop at this Dunkin for a coffee & breakfast sandwich on a bagel. But no more the last few months they have gone down hill drastically. Bagels are like a rock, the coffee is burnt, full of grinds, made wrong or all of the above & then the woman who hands you your order at the drive thru holds the items just outside the window & above her head so I have to put my car in park & reach as far as I can just to receive my order just to have the coffe spill down my arm.
