My friend made her birthday reservation a month ago for 15 people. When we got there for the Sunday (6/6/2021) brunch they did not have the reservation and when they finally figured out that we actually made the reservation they did not have a spot or space for us and we’re scrambling to try to find tables to accommodate the group.
The hostess who was taking in guest told us that we had to wait for 50% of our table to arrive once we had 50% a second guy came out and told us we had to have 75% present before they will seat us. Keep in mind it was pouring down raining and we were all waiting outside under umbrellas trying to get a seat.
When they were finally able to get us a table they started checking in each guest by having them pay before we ate which was fine until we found out it was $42 per person for a very standard breakfast brunch.
When we got to the table there were not enough chairs or tables to accommodate all 15 guest we grabbed chairs from some empty tables to try to fill it in then we contacted management to let them know we didn’t have enough tables to even fit the amount.
The birthday girl was frustrated by the situation and was going to try to find a reservation at another restaurant but when we realized we would just have to stay everyone went and got in line for the Buffet. The buffet line was extremely packed. We waited 20 minutes to even get to the front of the line and when we got there we’re told we could only get one plate at a time for $42. So instead of just letting people have 2 plates so that we wouldn’t have to get back in the extremely long and slow line you’re only allowed one plate.
When we got back to the table there was another mix up with out table and reservations and chairs. The combination of the rain made whole event a complete disaster.
This was my first time at beaucoup eats and the food was actually really good but I will never ever go there again nor will I ever recommend it to anyone. There were a number of people in our group that said they would not be coming back as well.
Since I don’t like to complain without offering solutions here are some: stop over booking for Sunday reservations. Itdid nothing but piss people off Have people go to the Buffet line by table to keep the line moving and short. if you’re going to charge $42 for breakfast have more options have the carafes for mimosas one per table our group of 15 was giving two carafes of alcohol And then had to constantly find waiters to give us more.
more waitstaff for busy days; they were running around like chickens with their head cut off because they could not help everyone who was there at...

My wife and I came for lunch midweek. Most of the reviews seem to be about weekend brunch but I can't comment on that. Just can comment on what midweek lunch is like.
When we came in it seemed like there was confusion as to whether they were open or not. We came at 3pm on a Tuesday and their door and Google says they don't close till 9pm. According to one of the workers, they were wrapping up and closing at 4pm for some reason. Not sure if that's a regular occurrence or we just caught them on the wrong day.
I was overcharged on the wings I ordered. They charged me $22 on my 12 wings which should have been $15.50 according to the menu. I didn't notice until midway through my meal so that was on me since I didnt call it out at the register. Not tripping over $7 but not a great thing to happen on my first trip.
I do like the decor and the music. It was nice to sit and have lunch in the place so that was great.
Lastly, the food was good but just could use some more care in a few places. Our fries were limp and they lacked seasoning. The guy told us he would bring another order of fries (without us asking) since they weren't up to their standard. Unfortunately, the new fries were just as bad. It was a nice gesture for them to give us a new order unprompted. The jerk burger my wife had was really good though. Just needed some more cheese. When it comes the wings, the seasoning and sauce was perfect but the wings they use are very fatty. I like my wings leaner and fried harder but that's not a knock on them. That's just a difference of wing texture preference. The wings were cooked well and pretty tender.
Right now, I would say they are a solid 3.5 but if they tighten up just a little they really...
Read moreIf you need great food for your event, look no further! This is a veteran owned family operated business, and they are a pleasure to work with.
I reached out to them looking for a delivery catering service for my Retirement Celebration. I was asking for food for up to 90 people, and had Vegan and Gluten free guests to consider.
Reed worked with me to refine my food order, ensuring I had a great mix of entrees and sides, along with appetizers to ensure my guests would enjoy great food throughout the event.
They arrive on time, and made quick work of setup, and even stayed a little extra time to ensure things were running smoothly. And the food? My guests were raving about the food. I got questions about who catered the food, and received compliments about the food selections all night.
Here is what we ordered: Jambalaya Pasta, BBQ Meatballs, Crawfish Quesadillas, Sweet cornbread muffins, Vegan Dirty Rice, Roasted Grilled Vegetables, Crispy Fried Fish, Jerk Chicken, Red Beans & Rice, Roasted Corn, Mini-Vegan Stuffed Bell Peppers, and Season Fruit Trays.
The most frequent comments were: "I can't believe those stuffed bell peppers were vegan!" "The Jamabalya pasta is to die for!" "Have you tried the Crawfish Quesadillas!?" "Who did you get this food from?"
My only regret is that I, personally, didn't get to eat more of the food, because the event flew by. I cannot recommend Beaucoup Eats enough. Oh, and if you don't see something on their website, or have dietary concerns, make sure you E-mail/Call them. They were very flexible and willing to work with me for any of my specialty needs.
Thank you Beaucoup Eats! This event would not have been the same...
