Absolutely zero stars for Bruno’s tonight, however Google requires us to rate via stars. Both of us were excited for their “Krewe of Bruno’s” mardi kickoff event, we arrived at 7:58pm. Every post on Instagram or Instagram story stated 8pm to close for this event. My partner and I sat down at the bar one seat away from someone already served. After about five minutes and neither bartender engaged with us, we began physically turn our bodies and making intermittent eye contact. Despite talking to friends and possibly coworkers seated at the bar, neither one paid us any attention or service. We sat there for FIFTEEN painstaking minutes. We both wanted drinks and maybe food as the event picked up. Nope. We left empty handed and livid. No one even said “have a good night.” In fact two boys walked in around 8:13pm, sat in a booth, and then were offered menus after they walked up to the bar. I had such a nice time and great service when at the Tulane AAC Championship night. Tonight was utterly dispiriting and quite frankly reflects poorly on other bartenders who actually WORK while on the clock. We are two people in their young twenties who live nearby and infrequently patron this bar — guess our money is more welcome elsewhere in Uptown.

This is a takeout review via uber eats: Mom ordered the buffalo chicken salad. There is no list of what is included in the salad. We were either forced to assume the salad included the ingredients in the photo (red onion, bacon, nuts, etc) or pay for each individual topping. The salad was nothing like advertised. We were missing the ranch dressing for the salad. I didn't get the marinara sauce for my mozzarella sticks. We weren't given utensils. The garlic sauce wasn't very flavorful on the wings. The boneless chicken is more like small nuggets. $50 order that was very upsetting☹

We had a great experience here today. We came here to grab some food while we were in the area and absolutely loved the quality of the food and the service was good too. I really liked the ambiance and it wasn't too crowded which was a plus. I got 10 Honey BBQ Wings with ranch and the onion rings. Both were awesome, especially the wings because they were huge and really juicy. Nothing I hate more than small wings with little to no meat. I also had a Stella Artois which hit the spot. I would definitely recommend this place if you are in the area.

Order all the time-have been a customer since 2006. Love the food, atmosphere is great!

Tonight was ridiculous, though, I literally received nothing that I paid for via UE. I know 3rd party delivery can be annoying and you’re at the mercy of the driver but yall need to fix your system. There were no labels or tickets on the bags, no differentiating between orders, nothing. I got absolutely nothing that I ordered-nearly $40 worth of food. Surely yall can figure out a system that helps dingdong drivers hand out people’s food properly. Get it together.

Also, what’s even more offensive, I can’t even eat the incorrect food because none of it came with the respective sauces/dressings. So it’s all getting tossed which is messed up, what a waste! Like, it wasn’t even labeled in any way,...

me and my friends got VIOLENTLY ill after eating the fried pickles at this place. Once we got them I should have trusted my gut because they were extremely pale and did not look fried, but we ate them. The next day we were all violently sick from the norovirus. These fried pickles were the only thing I ate in the nighttime and basically all day so I know it’s from this place. I have been in the worst pain for days after eating from this place. Soooo disgusting, was visiting from los ángeles and I just can’t believe a place can be this dirty to the point it caused 3 girls to get extremely sick for days afterwards. The pain is unreal and I...
