Some of the employees are courteous, nice and respectful. Others are just plain rude and disrespectful!!! The place is kept decently clean and the quality of the food is equal to other Burger King (BK) stores. When you visit 3 different Burger Kings, the place looks the same, the menu items are basically the same as are the prices. The only major difference between the 3 Burger King restaurants are the staffs. If one BK has a polite, courteous, respectful and helpful staff, one has a totally rude and disrespectful staff, and the last has a well-balanced mix of employees, then that is something you will notice. We've become acclimated to the looks of the place, the menu items and menu prices. None of that will stick in our memory - unless it's a new menu item that you've been wanting to try. The only thing that you will remember is the service!!! This BK has some awesome employees!!! - very polite, friendly, helpful, respectful and pleasant. Unfortunately not all of them are - especially the twin manager ladies... Very rude and disrespectful. It's unfortunate because if the entire staff was awesome, then this would be a 6 out of 5 star...
Read morePlease avoid this restaurant if you have any possibility of dealing with management (A black gentleman named CHARLES) over ANY issue. Bad service but even worse is the disrespectful attitude towards their customers. Asked for a cup of ice after placing my order. The cashier said no ice cups. So when I saw the manager I asked him. He informed me that "aint nothin free in here". Even when he realized I was a customer he continued on about they don't care about customer complaints or customer perception.
After I asked for a refund, he got real animated about how they "make their money anyway because people still come even with the horrible service because they are cheap".
This lil back and forth insulting, disrespectful and UNPROFESSIONAL behavior went on for a minute or so as he processed my refund.
Totally unbelievable that he would behave this way, refund the money, and ultimately throw away the food rather than offer a customer a small cup of ice. I hope the owner knows how his franchise is being operated. They just spent lots of money renovating and the management is so nonchalant about driving away...
Read moreI’ve been going to this particular BK for over one decade, so this experience is a personal one. It was a cold and rainy day, so maybe that played a part, into what happened. As I lay in bed, I wondered if I could and would make it there, to get a breakfast serving, i did make it at 10:29. One of the two, am managers spoke in a loud tone with me, I could have called her all types of names but I choose grace. Why does it take two managers to take one person’s order? When did it become okay to yell at a paying customer, loyal customer, respectful customer? Why am I writing this ? Because one of them, and she kno exactly who she is, should be ashamed, one you have been there for over a decade, it’s not that serious. If you didn’t feel like getting out your bed, that morning then you should have called in, but screaming through the speaker early in the morning. Two, the first manager was taking my order, you felt the need to be angry, and upset and proceeded to speak to me in a demeaning manner because I had simply asked her if y’all were still serving...
