Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in New Orleans

I'm currently sitting here eating. The food is as it should be. Crispy chicken. Fresh sides. What made it lose the 2 stars for me was the service. I had an absolutely delightful cashier but whomever that was initially standing by the register (who i later discovered was just a food prep girl) was EXTREMELY rude and has the nastiest attitude. Mind you, i was very friendly towards her. I thought she was a cashier so i walked up to the counter ane said hello and was about to open my mouth to order and she literally just shook her head and pointed to the actual cashier who was in the middle of another task by the soda machine. She didn't speak or anything. Just had this angry looking face and pointed. So when i asked "am i supposed to order with that other girl?" She just nodded and pointed again. Not once did she acknowledge my friendly greeting, or speak to me in any way. And according to the actual cashier, this girl is like this often. I have no idea how she is still employed there. then arriving at 9:00 at night to pick up an Uber order and they say that Uber orders are only received until 8:00 at night? when that is only done by Uber, they are the ones who can establish until what time a restaurant receives orders from Uber. The chicken wings that I ordered wasn’t in the black box that it’s supposed to come in mixed with sauce. I asked about it to the person at the window and was told that is how it comes but advertised it comes in a black box mixed with sauce. She stood there not trying to make the situation better. I asked for a manager and she closed the window and shook her head. Also in my order was a bacon chicken sandwich, the sandwich supposed to come with two full sized strips of bacon on it but on my sandwich was a half of bacon in two pieces. I was also told that that’s how the sandwich comes but advertised, it’s supposed to be two strips of bacon. Who ever making the food need training and the lady at the window need training as well.
