On 3/4, I attempted to order two medium pizzas and a cheesy bread from this location. I understand that it was Mardi Gras night and that they were busy, but waiting over two hours for a simple order is beyond unreasonable.
After an hour, I called for an update and was met with a defensive and unhelpful manager who assured me that the driver would be picking up my order soon and that I’d receive it within the next hour. Forty-five minutes later, I checked the app, only to find that my order was STILL sitting in “quality control” and had not even left for delivery.
At this point, I called again, only to be told to expect yet another hour-long wait. According to the app, my order had already been cooked, which meant it had been sitting under a warmer, getting soggy and stale. The manager, who seemed more interested in making excuses than solving the issue, said he would check on my order and call me back. When he did, he told me that they had only just made the pizza and that I should just come pick it up myself.
When I arrived at the store, my suspicions were confirmed—the pizza was cold, soggy, and completely inedible. Instead of taking accountability, the manager continued to make excuses and **spoke to me as if I were too stupid to understand it was a busy night. In the end he did remake our pizzas but only after we told him that it was unacceptable.
I get that this was a holiday and that demand was high, but that does not excuse the complete lack of professionalism, blatant dishonesty, and terrible customer service I experienced. Read moreThey couldn't get the most simple order correct and they did a poor job correcting their mistake. I understand that mistakes happen (I've made plenty), but it's how a mistake is corrected that can make an impact. First, I would have left without half of my order if I hadn't reminded them that I ordered more than just a pizza. Worse than that, I (stupidly) didn't check my pizza until I got home and it was definitely the wrong pizza. I ordered cheese. It literally doesn't get more simple than that. When I called to tell them my order was wrong (no apology by the way) I was told it would be 10-15 mins for my pizza. I went back, waited 10 mins in the parking lot, and then went around to the pick-up window. The lady at the window didn't even know my order was wrong--when i gave her the pizza she shouted to someone else, asking them if they put my pizza in. Apparently they hadn't put another pizza in the oven because I waited for 10-15 mins at the window without them telling me anything...and there was also two cars waiting behind me. At one point I saw four of the workers arguing over something and then they went through all of the boxes of food that was waiting to go out, apparently looking for a missing order. More time passed and finally I got my cheese pizza from one of the workers that was standing there the whole time doing nothing but biting her nails. Hope she didn't touch my food with those hands! All she said was "sorry bout that." Ugh. ...

I understand that there are labor issues, but to not be able to deliver at all on a friday night? seems to be a bad way to do business. this time when my order was cancelled, the person who called me said that there was no way he could refund the delivery fee. He offered to give me an appetizer to compensate for the delivery fee. i didnt want it, but i guess its better than paying $5 for nothing. This seems like a very poor way to handle this since first i now had to come pick it up and second the last time this happened the person who called me was very apologetic and immediately waved the fee. the person who called me also informed me that they would be closing at 10 tonight and i would have to get there to pick it up before then (in 15 minutes) 10 p.m. is a full 3 hours before their posted closing time. finally, when i did get there, there was a delivery vehicle there picking up an order. the lying was very disappointing. over all, this is a pizza place that is run like a 1 star business, and as a consumer i will choose to go to one of the many better pizza...
