McDonald's — Restaurant in New Orleans

12:30 on a monday morning...... and they can't run a drive-thru. Double drive-thru. One car in front of me. Wait 5 minuets, car in front of me, orders and pulls up. Then after 5 minuets car in other lane leaves. Then, employee takes the order from the next 2 cars in the other lane. So after about 5 more minuets, I left as well. It should never take more than 10 minutes. To get food, from a McDonald's drive-thru. Anytime you wait in a drive-thru with a gap in front. The employees are spoofing the system, so it looks as if they are meeting the time requirements. If you don't want to get caught, Making more of an effort to limit your work load. Rather than just making an effort to do your job. At least pay attention to whats actually going on. Also, while waiting some random person just walks up to the the drive-thru window. I went to the drive thru on 10/6/15 at 12:30 am. I waited at the speaker for someone to answer. I said hello twice since no one ever answered to assist me. Another car pulls up in the 2nd lane and the attendant proceeds to take their order. I pulled forward and waited at the window. I inquired if the speaker was broken and the gentleman proceeded to nastily tell me no. I informed him that I had been waiting to place my order but no one ever responded and then the next guests were served. He told me I was incorrect. I asked could I place my order and was rudely told no. To drive back around and use the speaker. I asked for a manager and he replied he was the manager. I will not visit this McDonalds again and will attempt to report this to corporate. If you don't want to serve then exit the service industry. Rude manager....

waited in drive thru line for over an hour on a Friday. Told to order at window. Employees are cool but they are severely understaffed here on night shift. 8/24/24 Everything in Gentilly ultimately is trash due to being severely understaffed so I am not surprised. What I don't understand is why they refuse to hire local Gentilly residents willing to work at the same time. Also, the amount of fries in a basket ($4.69) is MUCH less than what you should get. Smaller than the amount they put in a medium fry ($3.69). Idk if they were just low on fries or they were trying to stretch em out. I worked jobs that I absolutely hate as well, but dude in your local black community you should be hooking people up or at least doing the bare minimum rather than giving us one additional trash experience on...
