I want to preface this review by saying I am a brewery manager in New Mexico and I absolutely hate giving bad reviews. However, this experience unfortunately warranted one. Me and my husband arrived and we were not really given any direction. They have a menu that is broken out between red and white. They also have some pizzas out for display. I chose two slices listed on the display and my husband ordered 2 slices from the board. Well our food starts to come out and the you get gentleman said he was going to bring out some plates. We informed him we only ordered 4 slices. He said no you ordered 2 full pizzas and 2 slices. We were shocked! No one told us that what my husband ordered was only available in full pizzas! Who knew? Why wouldn’t they tell us that? It’s crazy. Anyways the young man was sooooo helpful and kind. Honestly out of everyone who worked there he was the only one who was kind and helpful and felt bad for the whole situation. I’m so grateful for him. He deserves a raise. The guy who was cooking the pizzas came out and said just for future reference you can only order the pizzas from the window in slices. How the heck were we supposed to know that? They also got my second slice of pizza wrong. Same guy who cooked the pizza asked me what other slice I would like. I said cheese. Unfortunately when he brought that slice out it was burned to a little crisp. It was not the best experience unfortunately. That younger guy that was working there though was amazing!...
Read moreWe have been here in the past when there was a BBQ joint attached, and back then the beers were good and the food was on point. Now, however, everything has gone downhill. The food was really disappointing. We ordered the white sauce pizza with garlic parmesan and added chicken. I don't know if they squeezed lemon juice on it or there's some crazy amount of lemon in the recipe, but the lemon masked every other flavor. The overwhelming citric acid ruined the entire pizza. I brought this to the attention of the bartenders (who take the orders and run the food) and the response was oh really, with no offer to remake the pizza or compensate us for the uneaten portion. It's unfortunate because the dough was great, but the $30 pizza was ruined by lemon juice! Wish I could say the beers were at least good, but nope! I sampled most of the beers and the IPL was the only descent one. The other people in my party opted for water, as they didn't like any of the selections. Don't know what happened, but Nola pizza and brewery need to step...
Read moreI’m so sick of going back to this place and hoping for a different result. We tried ordering a few times and it was always a fail. Pepperoni pizza had 6 pepperoni slices and had the same experience with sausage. It’s just sloppy. We preordered once via phone and were told it will be 30min. We showed up in 40min and it was not ready. We waited another hour when we arrived, nobody acknowledged us and then left to go home without pizza. I had to go back to get the pizza later. The only amazing thing about their pizza is the dough. The staff is rude, including most of the brewery bartenders. Tonight we went in for a few slices and when they brought it to us, one white pizza slice was half the size of the other and one veggie slice was not what I ordered which I communicated. The lady that brought it to us said sorry with attitude and walked away. I mean excuse me? I am not sure what the hell happened to this place but it went downhill. We live around the corner and will not go back nor will we recommend...
