I had an extremely disappointing experience with this business. The owner’s customer service was absolutely horrible—rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. If you do not have the patience or desire to serve the African American community with respect and fairness, then you should not be taking our money.

It is unacceptable to operate a business within our community while treating customers with attitude and disregard. Businesses thrive on respect, and unfortunately, that is something this owner seems to lack. I expected to be treated with courtesy and professionalism, but instead, I was met with an unwillingness to help and an overall dismissive attitude.

If you are looking for a business that values its customers, I strongly suggest taking your money elsewhere. We deserve to be treated with the same level of respect and professionalism as anyone else, and this establishment fails to deliver that. I will not be returning, and I encourage others to think twice before supporting a business that does not value...

I love their Surf and Turf poboy. It's steak that's so tender and simple on French Bread,dressed with all the fixings.The bad side of this is, when you go in to place your order, and pay for it, you are directed to wait outside for 20-30mintues until they prepare your order. I don't see why no one is allowed to wait inside, especially after you've payed for your. They ask for your phone number, so they can call you when your order is ready. The Hawaiian Delight is my favorite! It is a combination of grilled chicken and shrimp, onion, bellpeppers, and provolone cheese, topped with lettuce, tomato and Hawaiian sauce on a toasted hoggie roll. My second favorite is the Surf and Turf, a combination of grilled angus stripped steak with shrimp, onion, bellpepper, provolone cheese and topped with lettuce and tomato on a toasted hoggie roll.
