If I could give them zero, or even NEGATIVE stars I would. I expect a certain level of idiocy and incorrect item issues from Taco Bell as a starting point, especially at 11pm on Thurs, even though that's a regularly busy time and day for a Taco Bell let's be honest. They really should be staffing more solid in quality crew members at that time knowing that that's usually a peak business hour for them. However all of that aside really bottomed out to new lows. I'll be honest I didn't even want Taco Bell this evening but I was too overwhelmed to figure out something else to order or take a chance on something that I wasn't sure how it would turn out. When I ordered it I only expected it be the standard level of disappointment one expects when their TB order comes incorrect. To make matters worse of course it came through doordash so I couldn't even bring my food in and say hey man fix this. However I did try to call the store 4-5 times at 15 minute intervals which it just rang until I got the dial tone. So either someone is picking up and hanging up, or they let it ring out it's allotted rings and have the answering service shut off.
Taking first place for screw-ups nacho fries with zero seasoning on them. How does even happens I'm not sure as I'm pretty sure Taco Bell doesn't sell regular fries only nacho fries. They also did not send my nacho cheese sauce with these fries.
I ordered a regular Baja blast freeze as you can see in the picture that is not what I got.
Lastly I ordered a crunchwrap supreme sub chicken for beef no nacho cheese sauce. Once again buy viewing the photograph attached to this review you will see that is also not what I got.
Literally worst Taco Bell I've ever had the esteemed honor of being disappointed by.
Corporate come get your kids they're running a muck and your management ain't doing...
Read morethe team member taking my order is always very aggravated, like I’m bothering them trying to patronize the business, an attitude after every item “is that all” “anything else” (in a huffy puffy way). I typically have a decent amt of mods, so I understand, sometimes it sucks, but it doesn’t give them the excuse to act like that. As a manager of over 60 employees at a $4 million a year location, I am very respectful when I order, with words like may I, please and thank you, etc. since I know what it’s like. Last night, the mod, a gentleman, younger, slim African American, facial hair, took my order and then told me “well why you didn’t say that in the first place then” when I asked for another box the same way I had just done the first one. I explained I wasn’t sure if that’s what I wanted to do yet and he asked if I wanted anything else.i told him if it wasn’t to bothersome a medium Diet Pepsi, when I got to the window, I asked to speak to a manager to inform them of the situation only to find out, it was the manager who did it. Also didn’t put my drink on the receipt. I told him there was no point in saying that, and he said there was no point in our conversation. No med diet pep. The icing on the cake for me though, is that when I told my boyfriend about it, he asked if the guy matched the description of an experience he had at the same location. It did. that same guy refused our online order a month or so back, which was a abt $60, because they didn’t have the 1 order of chicken tacos on the bill. Pleaded with him to just give us everything else, we didn’t need a replacement, or money back, or anything, he refused. didn’t get my refund until several days later. They have no pride, home training or basic human compassion at that location, and it...
Read moreBy far the worst service I have ever had “Kim-manager” on 10-4-22 at 10:30. Was so rude she should not be a manager and should be fired. My food was cold and terrible, I had to throw it away. I asked for hot sauce and got everything but. I waited for her to return my change and asked for some hot sauce. She responds back with “you got what I gave you.” Then she slammed the window closed. I couldn’t believe it. So I took the wrong packets out and tried to exchange them. She opens the window after eating her food in front of me and screams, with her mouth full of food, “give me your bag!” I asked “why?”, since I’m holding the packets in my hand, she then slams the window closed. I honk to get her attention, because now she is intentionally ignoring me. A few minutes go by, holding up the entire line, she finally opens the window. I ask her to send her manager over and she screams at me, “I am the manager!!!”. I ask her for her name and she says “Kim”. I told her that she does not need to be so rude. She gave me 5 packets of hot sauce all smashed and stuck together. I tried to calm down and pull over and eat my food. But it was so cold and horrible that I had to throw it away and went next door to McDonald’s were the food was hot and the people were nice and friendly. This lady if her name really is Kim, should be fired. I’m so disgusted and I love Taco Bell and go there frequently. 90% of the time my order is wrong or they are always out of food and drinks. Just in case, so there is no confusion. This is the lady that calls herself the...
