Multiple problems with this stores integrity. Used mobile app to make a purchase and was told that the store manager (Linda Stalls) couldn't accommodate my problem due to the lack of control of her store. After 5 minutes of taking to her respectfully and rewording my question, she admitted she could in fact take care if my problem. Linda Stalls rain for not doing so, was because she didn't want to explain it to her boss. I offered to give her screenshots of the apps error and my bank account, showing the communication between the two and she refused. I asked if she would contact the operations manager or her boss to see if there was a work around and she told me it would take an hour to find their number. I don't know about Burger King, but my company has our employees email, cell and desk numbers readily available for our co-workers. I can go on but I'm sure you get the idea about the lack of ownership this store is will to take. I don't like being lied to. I know I'm not the first, or the last victim of this store. Please do better. Also, the number I was eventually given, because I refused to believe the lie of it'll take an hour to retrieve a number, was the wrong number. The lady at the window at 2:44pm on 07/14/2024 was rude took about seven minutes to answer the drive thru and once she did it was with extreme attitude as if I was bothering her. Got to the window and instead of waiting it's this stores policy to take your money and have the vehicle back up behind the yellow pole to restart their counter as if they are speedy with their orders. It took her six minutes to give my food which was wrong. When I told her it was lacking my sandwich she had to verify by making me hand my food back through the window so she could runage through it . I am pretty sure she was a manager and I am scared to find out who she taught I will not be returning to this...
Read more“We closed” is what I got when I rolled up to the drive through. Their staff allows mobile orders to be placed while they are “closed” two and a half hours before their posted hours on the door. It says that the drive thru is open until 2:00 AM and they were closed at 11:45 PM. This has happened multiple times. When I asked why they were closed she said it was because “my manager said so” in an unfriendly tone. This is how they treat their customers who have already paid for their food… someone from corporate should come quickly because this store needs immediate attention! They are probably losing 5 cars every few minutes on a busy weekend night. That’s a lot of potential money...
