PJ's Coffee — Restaurant in New Orleans

Just terrible.... I ordered a mocha granita and I literally had to mix it myself (i asked if he was going to mix it and he pointed and said the straws are over there). Their entire front counter top was filthy with paper trash, powder sugar and random crumbs (they don't even have any pastries for sale).... and the back counters where all the machines are had crates and buckets of melted ice and more trash.... for being inside such a local and well kept grocery store this is beyond sad.... the only thing I know is clean was the straw because it's wrapped in paper (decided to not drink the granita because I work in the restaurant industry and I know if ppl don't care about the viewable appearance they don't care about the interior being...

I had no idea where it was. Google maps said this was a Pj's location but there was no store sign and not even a sign in a window. It was located inside of this market. When I ordered the woman said she didn't know how to make my order. A mocha velvet ice. She yelled across the store for someone else to come make it. When that woman came over she said they didn't have any velvet ice mix. I asked for a Granita. She said that machine was broken. So I left...

I walked in and the two baristas were sitting at the counter and a security guard was next to them. They didn’t say anything when I walked up and so I asked if I could order a coffee? And the security said they were on a break. I thought he was kidding. And so I said so I can’t get a coffee..? He waved me away and said no they are on break and not taking orders... So I just left... I can’t help but laugh at how ridiculous that...
