I had a bad experience at this location...I ordered food through the drive thru...and as I started to eat the fingers they were extremely sallty! I couldn't even eat them. I called the location to advise them of the issue they were very rude and hung the phone up on me, as I repeatedly ask for a Manager. I suffer with high blood pressure and this is the first time I had extremely salty food... I just wanted to make them aware of the issue. But instead I got a slap in the face!!!!! Never again will I eat here!!! šŸ‘ŽšŸ¾šŸ˜” Hire new people please if you want business!!!!

Waited in line for 20 minutes. Get to the window, employee hands us a bag, then immediately takes it and says it isn't ours. Closes window. Few minutes later hands us back the SAME bag. They forgot our coke. Employee closes the window again. Waited another few minutes. They gave us a small coke that is so full of ice I could barely get the straw in. Tastes like water. Extra fries are mushy, brown and cold. Caniac combo fries are the same and the breading on tenders is mushy. Not fresh at all. I will not be returning to this Canes.

I dine in often and enjoy the fresh food. The employees are always nice and welcoming. Today I experienced something different, the chicken tenders were smaller. I expect the tenders to be the same size every time I order. I need consistency. The chicken tenders need to be either be one way or the other. It creates conflict. Supplier need to be notified ASAP!

This was the worst experience i have EVER had at Raising Canes. I went one night this week and ordered a three finger combo. I was asked to pull around to pay. I was then asked if I wanted ketchup. I said ā€œyesā€. I paid, got my food, and left. I stay approximately 1.7 miles away from Canes, so of course so wasn’t concerned with my food not being fresh or hot. I got home, opened my box and the chicken strips were a deep chocolate brown color, hard, and just warm AT BEST! The fries were warm as well. Looked in my bag, no ketchup. After I WAS ASKED.

I really tried to just eat the strips because I’m over being disappointed in restaurants service, food quality, and staff.

BUT I couldn’t. I called to speak with a manager. After holding, the manager asks if he could call me back in about 20 min because he wanted to check the cameras to see if indeed, I was given cold food because they are trained to not serve food after three minutes. He asked what time my receipt had on it, which was 10:07 he said ok. I waited until 45 minutes and had to call him back because he never got back with me. I called back and he put me on hold for two minutes and so I hung up and I called FOR A THIRD TIME and he has the kids that work there screening calls asking ā€œwhat did I needā€ as if he has no recollection of me calling.

He finally comes to the phone and says he was busy because his employees got into a physical fight. And he didn’t mean to ask what I needed. I was told to come back and my order would be replaced.

Went back the next day and explained what happened with my order and the food they brought out WAS JUST THE SAME! Hard and crispy and luke warm. I asked the front counter worker to go and get the manager again and they stood in my face talking about me. He was literally asking the girl what I needed as I’m standing there. I told him the food was still bad and I wanted fresh food. Waited on the food and the and the manager never gave me the food. He sent the food by a worker. Never explained anything never apologized. Never showed ANY TYPE of customer service. Never did anything. I stay 1.7 miles away from away and will NEVER go back...

It has been my opinion for some time that Raising Canes and Chic fil A are two of the few remaining fast food restaurants in the New Orleans area where the patronage of customers are still truly valued. I, however, was absolutely taken aback by my experience at this location this past Saturday night. I ordered a box combo at the drive thru and asked for extra cane sauce. Once at the drive thru window, I asked the Canes employee working at the window for extra Canes sauce. The young lady looked at me with a dismissive blank stare and said "No" in a rude manner. I immediately thought that she may have joking with her rude demeanor. Seconds later, I was somewhat shocked to find out that this was not a joke after receiving my order. Once receiving my order, I checked through the food to make sure that everything was in fact correct. I was appalled to have been given an order with extremely cold chicken, fries, and toast. Additionally, there were less than 15 total fries in my box and the chicken had blood leaking from the middle being that it was clearly not cooked throughly... There wasn't any extra Canes sauce placed in the bag. I decided not to return the order because of the rude attitude that I was greeted with at the drive thru window and didn't want any further dealings with this place. I paid over 11 bucks for this meal only to be given cold undercooked chicken, very few cold fries, and cold toast. I won't ever spend another penny at this Canes location again and consider yourself forewarned if you're reading this review. On the other hand, this has been my first bad experience as a Raising Canes franchise customer. This review is definitely not a referendum on the Raising Canes franchise as a whole. Hopefully a member of management reads this and address this situation in the proper manner ..... Please maintain Raising Cane's standards of...

This location better get its act together. The issues here are consistent across a year of visits to this store. Today was one of the worst…. I promise you I am the most relaxed and graceful person ever so it takes a lot for me to come on here and vent. TLDR; drive through worker shook my bag and forced my food in my hand and upon asking for hot sauce, she acted as if she didn’t hear me but I asked again; she refused saying to check the back and there were packets in there (which I triple checked and there were none). After I asked a third time to get her attention. She walked off mumbling and saying God knows what. But this was so so so rude. Specially coming after I thanked them for the food and everything.

I pull out of the drive thru to only find out that my order wasn’t even made correctly. I don’t even have time today for additional games. I’ll just call my bank to refund me for this experience. Sad. And management there literally is like talking to a wall — they didn’t even come up to the window to address a...
