Rally's — Restaurant in New Orleans

I went to this store and I came threw drive thru. I ordered the $4 meal and I had a spicy chicken sandwich with the rally burger fry and drink. The cashier that tooky order was nice. I asked can my spicy be made fresh she said okay. I than paid for my order and pulled up some to check my food. The spicy was old looking and it wasn't fresh at all. So I go to the walk up window to speak with a manager and I noticed she was the one on the sandwich board I than tell the young lady I don't want to bother the manager at all now since she's on the board but I do want my food fresh. I than began to say I'm a manager at Wendy's and I do know when a sandwich is freash I heard the manager threw the window talking alot of stuff about she don't care where I'm a manager at so I told the cashier I'll get my money back if there's a problem the cashier said no ma'am it's not a problem the cashier handled me better than the manager. The cashier charged me for a chicken box combo when I asked for a chicken box only since I had already ordered a baconzilla combo which comes with fries. As a result, I was charged more.

I take a look into my bag before I left and my burger was tossed in there and not wrapped up so sauce was everywhere and it was super messy.

Once I get to my location, I take everything out the bag, I open the burger and it looks disgusting(pics below). It’s extremely messy and barely any bacon on it. I didn’t eat the burger.

I tried eating some of the chicken bites at least, but by the third one I started feeling sick. I ate a tad of the fries that came with the burger, but stopped because I didn’t feel right. Also, there was piece of plastic or something on one of the fries in the box.

Anywho, a waste and overcharge of $14. I damn near contact my bank for the ignorance. I didn’t even trust drinking any of the drink after my first sip

11-18-18 Rated this location a one star, but if I could it would of gotten a big fat zero! No customer service skills at all. Never received a receipt for my order when I really needed. Had to take my food back to the location because the buns were stale. Asked for a refund for my food, let alone the gas I used to take it back and the manager stated that she was only going to give me .40 cents because my husband had eaten part of one hotdog and i decided to place the other dog on a plain bread so my husband could eat it before rushing to work. The entire order was 3.00 and taxes but she only gave me 1.10 since I complained about. 40 cents. Needless to say, I was going to argue over the matter, I will hit them where it hurts and that's is social media. This review and I called the 1-800 number.
