Driving along Harrison Ave just brings a smile to my face. Seeing all the shops and restaurants up and down the street just makes you feel all warm and fuzzy. Reginelli’s is no different. My partner and I have come here every October 12th to celebrate our anniversary and the first place we went on a date. Reginelli’s requires proof of vaccination to dine in. We just so happen to show up during happy hour which had pitchers of beer for only $4!! We ordered 2 large pizzas knowing full well that we will be bringing some home, which was the plan. I absolutely love the margarita pizza. The mozzarella and basil along with the zesty pizza sauce compliment each other so well. I ordered a pizza online and was informed that it would be ready in 20 minutes. I get to the restaurant to pick up the pizza and the hostess informed me that it would be a minute as they were busy. I waited 10 minutes and asked again if the pizza was ready and was informed it was not. Another 20 minutes goes by and was informed by the hostess that they did not receive my order. They were provided with my online receipt and moments later they find my order. I told them that I wanted a refund as i ordered this pizza one hour ago and had been at the restaurant for 40 minutes. I waited another 10 minutes for the manager to come out and provide me with my refund receipt.
