My husband and I are new to the area and I chose this place for our after-dinner date night dessert stop. I tend to go towards hazelnut and coffee ice cream flavors but I was wanting something a little more refreshing so I got the honey lavender. Iâve tried lavender ice cream before and although you would think it of it as a pretty mellow flavor, quite a few places over do it and it ends up being pretty strong. Creole creamery was spot on, though! It was SO good. The perfect amount of lavender and honey to make it sweet yet still refreshing! My husband got the hazelnut toffee flavor and loved his as well! We had initially decided to trade our ice creams half way through but after trying our own, we were hesitant to do so đ we did trade, though, and ended up loving each otherâs flavor just as much! Needless to say, we will definitely be back to try out some other flavors we had our eyes on!
Update: we have now gone here on three separate occasions! We usually try one new flavor and order one other scoop that we know we enjoy just in case! Each time has been a pleasant experience and for the most part, weâve enjoyed just about every flavor weâve tried! We also appreciate that the flavors change up occasionally while others remain consistent (that way we know which ones are seasonal that we should try and which ones will be there for our base flavor...

Read moreFor an ice cream lover like me, this is one of my favorite places to go for ice cream! I live by the one in Lakeview and I would say me and my family visit the place every week, sometimes more than once and we always, always have one or two pints in the freezer - so I guess I should say that I am a very regular costumer. The great thing about this ice cream: not only their ice creams are delicious, but they also have a lot of seasonal flavors which keeps it very interesting and refreshing. They have the regular flavors like strawberry (very good!!) chocolate, chocolate chip mint and so on, but they also have their unique special and famous staples like the cookie monster, lavender honey, black and gold crunch (one of my favorites). But then, they surprise you every week with a new and very inventive flavor! Most of them delicious - take a note: matcha white chocolate, chefâs perfect chocolate (you jave to try this one!!) peaches&creme fraiche, earl gray, summer fig and the list continues. Another great thing, they are not overly sweet so you can taste every flavor as it is! If youâre an ice cream lover, please give it a...
