Great service and food. I ordered the fried tofu drunken noodle with two sides: fried egg and vegetable soup. The presentation was beautiful and the portions were fantastic. I liked the menu options and the staff gave good suggestions. My friend ordered the beef pad Thai. We ended up getting dessert too- coconut ice cream and fried bananas. The ice cream is from Creole Creamery! Will definitely return.

O...M...G This food is F'ing PHENOMENAL! This is my very first experience and I will definitely return. Just Crazy! I had the Wonton Soup, spicy, the Shumai and the Pad Woon Sen combo with beef and shrimp. I added eggplant and basil, Extra Hot. The Shumai was truly delicious, but the soup and the Pad Woon Sen? Lights out. Please visit this place. I need it to succeed. Absolutely worth it.

Disclaimer: This review reflects my personal experience, rather than a critique of the food itself.

I arrived at the restaurant on September 18, 2025, at approximately 3:30 PM. I intended to place my order and then head straight home, but I opted to wait because they open at 4pm and I had to travel a considerable distance. As I sat in my car, I noticed a man inside the place of business. Time ticked by, and by 4:00 PM, the doors remained firmly shut.

As I waited, now 4:05, I watched a woman of a different ethnicity approach the restaurant. When she arrived at the door, it was as if a lightbulb had gone off. The man, idly watching the surroundings, finally sprang into action and opened the door for her. I couldn't help but feel a sense of frustration, especially as I prepared to leave. I pulled away disappointmented.

After seeing this, I decided to vocalize my concerns. I called the restaurant, reiterating how perplexed and upset I was about what had took place. "I've been sitting here since 3:30 PM," I pointed out, "and at no point did anyone open the door until 5 minutes after 4:00 PM. It took someone of a different ethnicity to arrive before you acted."

His response was somewhat dismissive, as he indicated that he had not noticed my presence due to his focus on preparing orders in the kitchen. However, it was difficult to accept that I could be overlooked, considering I was parked directly in front of the door. Additionally, it was concerning to witness him repeatedly assert or try to justify that another individual was not a customer while she attempted to open the door. Regardles, it is important to note that by 4:00 PM, the establishment should have been open for business.

It left me questioning the reasons behind this oversight. What struck me most was his lack of an apology or acknowledgment. Instead of regretting the misunderstanding or being apologetic for the inconvenience caused, his only response was, “Well, I didn’t know you were a customer.” I couldn’t help but think that if he had opened the door at 4:00 PM without waiting for someone else to arrive, neither of us would have been in this situation. Ultimately, I drove off at 4:06 PM, still perplexed by...

We are so excited that the Thai Zapp Express is open at West End! We have been walking by for months whatching the progress. They have created an inviting restaurant for both dine in and takeout. We enjoyed the Vegetarian Thai Basil, the Red Curry with Pineapple and Steak & Thai combo Fried Rice. Our favorites tonight are the Fried Rice & the Red Curry. We are looking forward to trying the full menu soon. Thank you for investing in West...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thai Zaap Express is my go-to spot for Thai food, and their Pad Thai is absolutely incredible! The noodles are perfectly cooked, the flavor is rich and balanced with just the right amount of sweetness and tang, and the portion size is good. You can really taste the freshness in every bite. Whether you’re craving something comforting or looking to try Thai food for the first time, this place never disappoints....
