Decided to stop here for a quick bite to eat. I was in the mood for the fish sandwich that was on an advertisement but I couldn't find it on the menu.
Took awhile to get our order taken & when we finally did we have a nice drive thru operator.. Placed an order that the fish sandwich was made fresh and not double dipped meaning sitting under a heat lamp-then reheated and served.
Anyway we were asked to pull to the side which we did.
That took awhile and when we finally got the sandwich with hard as a brick and looked burned (see photo)
We were told they can't give Refunds cause their general manager wasn't on duty. I don't know how you can accept somebody's money give them something you wouldn't eat yourself then tell em they can't get a refund.
Ok.
We asked that it is redone and was told it always comes out like that.
Ok we waited again for awhile and surprisingly it was made fresh and even though the crust on the fish was hard but not brick hard it was actually hot and fresh!
Seriously I thought I was gonna have to call corporate cause like I said they said no refunds.

Read moreThis is the absolute worst Wendy's I have ever been to. I have accepted over 5 deliveries from this location and every time this restaurant was out of what was ordered by the customer. I just downloaded the Wendy's app and ordered a Dave's double burger and they were out of burgers. How in the heck is a Wendy's out of burgers! Worst Wendy's ever by far, I bet it is the absolute worst Wendy's in the entire United States of America! I will never accept a delivery or visit this store again, as long as I am still alive! Never again and I also deleted the app because a customer can not cancel the order on the app if the restaurant doesn't have what you order and it takes 1 to 3 days for someone from Wendy's support to get back to you on canceling order and getting refunded. It's unbelievable a Major chain like Wendy's is not intelligent enough to have a way to cancel an order on their app. DO NOT DOWNLOAD and ORDER ANYTHING...
Read moreI went yesterday through the drive thru and was not greeted or anything just said on intercom "you will have to come inside to order." All i wanted was a frosty. I was on the move and did not have time to get out the car. I pulled back around by the entrance door to find an employee outside smoking a ciggerette. So i stopped and asked if the drive thru was closed and why i gotta go inside when all i want is a frosty, he said Nahh the drive thru is open. So i went back and drove around and when i pulled up someone said "How can i help you" so im like so i didnt have to go inside. So i proceeded to ask for just a frosty and was told ice cream machine is down today. So i asked what is the store number and the lady replied "Why". i told her dont worry about it that ima find out and pulled off. Im highly disapointed and will never return to this location again.
