Mozzi's Pizza — Restaurant in New Palestine

It's decent pizza, though occasionally I find the dough to be a little undercooked in the very center of the pizza. I Wish they would get a thin(ner) crust option for their version of thin crust - this may help with the occasional underdone crust. Also, last time I called to order pizza for delivery, my local restaurant had closed early for some reason. On a positive note though, another of their restaurants that does not normally deliver to my address, had an employee who offered to deliver a pizza to me on his way home from work. I give this gesture extra points in the customer service department!

There delivery drivers are always very friendly and professional. Going in for a pick-up order took a while longer than I expected, but was not a terrible inconvenience.

They also have several non-pizza items on the menu including salads, pastas, and wings to name just a few. I do find this wide variety of options to be a plus when rating this restaurant.

This is a small Mozzi's pizza shop and is carry out or delivery only. Their pizza's are very similar to Pizza King, and if I recall they used to be a part of the PK family maybe 20 years ago, then changed the name but kept similar pizza's, haha.

The staff seems okay here, not that I talk to them much being carry out / delivery, but they get the pizza's made, and usually everything is made correctly, the pizza's look very good and taste pretty good, but not the best. And they are more on the expensive end of pizza's, when their pizzas are more of a middle range taste, haha.

They do have another large location on hwy 40 that has a pizza buffet during lunch hours and it is pretty good, if you're looking for an eat-in location.

First time ordering from Mozzi's. We ordered the Dill pickle pizza and the Classic. The toppings were fresh and tasty. Loved the crust. My only issue would be that the sign on front window said Buy one get one 50% off. When I picked up the pizza I asked the young girl at counter how to get that offer. On the app the only promo I saw was for 25% off online order at Greenfield. I asked if I needed to call my order in. She said she didn't know. She thought the offer was on the app. I was alright with paying full price for both pizzas but it would have been nice if she had asked another co-worker how I could use that offer...
