Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in New Philadelphia

So my wife and I came to this DQ tonight 3/12/24 we ordered our food and our daughter food, wife got a hot fudge Sunday with her meal and my daughter got a cone in a cup, the only gave us one spoon, they told us our food would be out shortly…well after almost 30 mins they came out with our food, onion rings were burnt, the fry’s in my wife’s tender basket were cold and stale, the fry’s I got and the the extra fry they gave us were piping hot, my daughters fry’s were stale and cold, not to mention when my wife started to eat her Sunday, she found a long piece of hair in it, we did not see anybody with a hairnet on at all, place was a mess, tables were sticky and not clean, floors were sticky and a mess, my daughters burger was stale and old but my burger was fresh which my burger was the only good thing about the whole experience, definitely needs some cleaning up in there, tbh the hair in the Sunday was where I drew the line that’s disgusting, I hope this DQ closes doors after the health department makes a visit, I never had a bad experience with the ones up in strasburg and bolivar, both clean and never had a...

Do not go to this dairy queen. We had put in 2 orders at this restaurant and I sent my son to go pick them up. When he came home, an item from each order was missing. I sent him back to retrieve the missing items. Instead of giving him the missing items they told him they would need a text message from me to pick up the missing items. She was extremely rude. The other worker even mentioned her rudness. I can't believe they gave an attitude because of her mistake. I called to get the regional manager's # but was told no by "Rebecca" the manager that was involved in the incident. She also tried to get off the phone with me by saying I was getting loud. I let her know the call was being recorded and she shouldn't say that in raising my voice when I am not. With a rude, incompetent, and dishonest manager at this a location it no wonder you reviews are so bad.

When my gf and I first ordered we both ordered a kids meal and she wanted to substitute a blizzard for her ice cream treat. Now, rules may have changed but she has done this countless times and just been charged slightly more for her meal. She just ordered it separately and we tried to let it go but when we went to get our orders we were informed they were out of water bottles which is fine so we ordered pop. I got a small while she got an extremely small sized drink. I don’t know which was the correct size but how can I receive a regular small and she gets such a small amount of product when we both were getting the same thing replaced?
