McDonald's — Restaurant in New Port Richey

Let's face it, fast food is just that, fast food. But when the place consistently wrecks your order you start to wonder what is going on. Today's example...please keep in mind, I was asked to pull over to the side while they finish cooking the nuggets for the Happy Meals. My order: 1 Big Mac meal with no lettuce and 2 chicken nugget Happy Meals. What I received: A Big Mac meal with a mountain of lettuce even though the receipt and the special sticker on the box read no lettuce. Burnt...(yes burnt and I don't know how because the machine that cook the nuggets is on a timer and the picture does it no justice) chicken nuggets and raw French fries. The fries were so undercooked we were making shapes out of them and they would maintain said shape...even as I made zigzags with them.

I don't typically write bad reviews. I feel that if I am unhappy with the service, I just do not return...but this time (mind you, it is always this way at this specific McDonald's) I couldn't help myself. I have gone as far as adding upictures for you to see. In addition, I feel it is my duty to return the items to the store for them to see as I am a firm believer of...if one didn't do his job to point out the issue not giving someone a chance to correct, then one cannot complain should it reoccur.

Back to "not returning if they mess up my order". I return because it is less than a mile from my home whereas the other locations are 15-minutes which would results in cold food for the family.

Another example: I ordered the sausage burrito there (same store) a few weeks ago as my daughter and I were running late for dropoff at school. When I opened the wrapper, so my daughter could eat, everything fell out and some to the floor. In case you didn't know McDonald's, a burrito is meat and vegetables, sometimes egg, wrapped in a tortilla wrap....hey McDonald's, you never wrapped the burrito! Needless to say, we were late for school because I had to stop again for food as she couldn't eat it.

In closing...#McDonald's on US 19 in New Port Richey, you are horrible. And to think that your employees feel entitled to above minimum wage is...

First of all I cant express enough how rude and ignorant the manager that works night shift on sunday and Monday, she refuses to answer the phones, I have called over and over and no answer. Then I drive back to tell them my order was messed up and she threatened to call the cops on me. I was not rude, I was very polite and was in complete shock when she said it that I had to ask her to repeat it! But that's not it... I sent my son up there the following night, I figured she might not be working.. but as my son told me that when he asked for extra sauce she looked at him and closed the window.. thinking she might not have heard him, he waited and honked the horn, she comes back over to the window and then before he can even ask again for the sauce she threatens to call the cops on him as well, so this cant be a coincidence. She must tell customers this quite often, there is no way she knew that was my son. I have asked her name before and I knew she gave me a fake name, but I overheard an employee call her Ericka, so I'm not sure if that's her name or not. But this African American woman deserves to be fired, I dont know how she is still employed there. Doesnt say much for the restaurant. From now on we go the extra few miles to the one on ridge and 19 in port richey. I have had no problems at that McDonald's at all. This is southgate...

!!WARNING!! DON'T PLAY MUSIC IN THE BATHROOM!!! I went to the 5309 us-19 mc-donalds this morning for breakfast with my 9 yr. Daughter. After eating i had to use the rest room.Me and my daughter was in there less than 5 minutes. We had music playing from my mobile phone and me and my daughter was singing along. when all of a sudden while still on the toilet, one of the managers who didn't even announce who she was, Started yelling out that "you guys can not be camping out in the bathroom!, that there's been several customers complaining about the music. Then she started threatening me and my daughter that she was going to call the police on us"Mind you" There was no profanity being played,And the music wasn't even that loud.. And when i got out of the restroom i asked to speak to the woman who just went in the bathroom threatening to call the police"thats when i found out she was the manager"and her explanation was that many homeless people camp out in the bathroom so she assumed that i was another homeless person loitering. I felt so embarrassed and disrespected,she did not handle that situation very professionally.First off; she didn't Announce who she was,secound; she was talking really loud and rude,third; she just assumed that we were homeless without even knowing that i just spent money to eat there.Very Rude and...
