Burger King — Restaurant in New Roads

Why do you have an app to order from if the people who ordered there after me got there food before me? I was the only person there when I got there. I ordered 2 whopper meals, one with fries and one with onion rings. I ordered small cheeseburger meal with fries as well. I also ordered 4 pc cheesesticks. On my whoppers it went as goes: 1st one was supposed to have cheese that I paid for, lettuce, mayo, and onions. 2nd one was supposed to have cheese that I paid for, mustard, ketchup and extra pickles. We got fully dressed whoppers and no cheese. We all got fries with 4 onion rings in between them. And they were cold. So I waited on the side for cold fries, not the right order, and watched 2 vehicles who pulled up after me, get there order that they ordered when they got there before me. Not good service at all. We went through the drive thru and were served very quickly. No line, ordered, drove up, paid and our order was ready. The only drawback was that the register's printer was messed up and we could not get a receipt. This is a bummer for those that need to get reimbursement for meals for work. The service was horrible. Ordered my food, drove to the payment window. The girl at the window was on her cell phone and not paying attention. After paying,drove to the next window to get my food and the lady gives us the wrong food without confirming that we had the right items. The order was completely wrong after waiting 10 minutes for one car ahead of us. After waiting for 5 minutes to redo the whole order, we got our food.
