1 star for food because it’s a hit or miss most of the time but tonight was one of those bad times.. My fiancé said his chalupa tasted and felt like it had already been made and sat for hours and he would know… He gets it all the time because it’s his favorite item. Unfortunately he said that tonight’s chalupa was the worst chalupa he has ever had.
1 star for service because every time I go to this Taco Bell they have workers that have attitudes and can’t take an order correctly and then look at you with a dumb look on their face when you pull up the window and question the order (NICELY) to make sure it’s right. After we were handed our food, we were quickly trying to check our order to make sure it was correct (we might have sat at the window for 10 seconds), and then one of the workers came to the window after they saw us looking through the bag and says “uh can you pull forward” even though, there was no one behind us, and we were not holding up the line! I miss the nice people they used to have.
1 star for atmosphere because every time I order food here, the workers act like they don’t want to work in the service industry. Go get another job. I’m glad other people have had good experiences but my bad ones far outweigh the good ones. Oh and let’s not forget about the last time we went, we couldn’t even get our order taken because workers were fighting inside the restaurant and the police were called. We don’t go very often but when we do, we just wish we had a good experience like others. So let’s just say, we can’t wait for Wendy’s to get built.

Read morePudgy girl with the red, curly hair, was incredibly rude and defensive. Made me very upset. Even after I was nice to her, she was very unruly. I was paying with cash and didn’t want to use the kiosk. She said I could. I told her, no, I wanted to order in person. She got upset and when I asked her about it, she later revealed it was because she had too many orders in her ear. I told her she just had to say that and she said she did. She was lying. I would sit her down and teach her how to be courteous.
