Mind you last week, I called to ask to make sure that they were open, because sometimes they aren't and was hung up on, but that's neither here nor there.
I ordered my pizza and clicked the button for curbside delivery because my ankle was broken. I waited 45 mins to make sure that my pizza would be ready when I arrived. I clicked on the button stating that I had arrived, while turning into the parking lot. I parked directly in front of the store, so that I could see everything that was going on. There was 1 female who was actually working and I could see group of, maybe 4 people standing in the back of the store. 15 mins pass, so I call, no one answers. By now, 4 customers have come and gone, I am still waiting. 10 mins later I call again. The girl who was, really the only person that I actually saw working (the counter and making pizzas) answers the phone. I tell her that my ankle was broken and I had chosen curbside delivery. She says that someone would be right out with my order. By then, a van parks next to me and a girl goes in. She orders, and maybe 15 mins later she comes out. I waved at her and the driver of the van. I tell them that my ankle was broken, give the girl my name and order information, and ask her to go in and pick up my family's dinner...she does. I feel that if I would not have ask someone else to walk in to get my pizza, I would have not gotten it when I did.

The 18.38x2 was schemed because it didn’t show up on their report. Therefore they couldn’t return it to me but it’s showing on my bank account. I noticed the evening I was in there and was promised a refund that I never got. Went talk to the rep twice she said be patient. I called the hotline they promised a call between 1-3 business days that I never got. Called my bank after I seen locals complain about the same thing. My bank said ph have to initiate the refund. Finally got a call from a cell phone after going to the BBB. A lady said she is the gm and tending to my request and this is between me and the bank.
