Poulich Pit BBQ — Restaurant in New Stanton

I felt compelled to write this review after having a variety of BBQ from Poulich Pit BBQ.

My sister in law and her fiancé decided to bring some BBQ to our house as a surprise to us.

They brought a variety; smoked pulled pork, ribs, chicken, stuffed pork - loaded baked potatoes and housemade BBQ sauce.

UNBELIEVABLE is the best way to sum all of the food up.

I’ve been all over the country and world. I’ve eaten at some of the best BBQ joints in the south from Texas, the Carolina’s, Georgia, Alabama, Florida and many other places.

Honestly and completely hands down, this place is by far the best. Every mark that determines outstanding BBQ was hit.

All of the food was bursting with exactly the perfect amount of smoke and seasoning. Everything was fall off the bone tender and moist. Generous portions too.

I knew we were in for something special when I tasted the BBQ sauce.

I make my own BBQ and smoke my own meats. I know what good BBQ is.

My review is for two times when I ordered whole pants for takeout one time I went to pick it up and they forgot about it. Those were written right on the calendar. They forgot so I had to wait an hour for them to get it ready and if you know anything about throwing events that does not look good in the second time was last week. I spoke to the lady two days before we talked about how much I wanted it. I ordered a large amount and I went to pick it up and she didn’t remember exactly what I wanted so I had to wait and during that time she chastised this poor girl in the back I could hear her yelling at her Where this lady was the owner. This girl wasn’t her fault so the pork is delicious. Will I ever order it for an event again...
