Diamond in the Rough. Stopped in mid afternoon for a quick meal to take on the road. Beautiful, clean store with tribute to the military and first responders.

It looks like the meal Changes with whatever is being made fresh that day. A couple of the entree selections included spaghetti and meatballs and chicken and biscuits. I ordered the chicken and rice soup and 3 meat chili. The chicken and rice soup was the best I’ve ever had. Incredibly satisfying. The lady working the register was very nice. I go to CJ’s religiously, every wednesday for lunch. The owners are so friendly, inviting & I always make time to chit chat. The food is ALWAYS consistently delicious. I order a large salad & whatever the soup choice is of the day. Over the span of at least a year of Wednesday lunch trips, I have yet to be disappointed! No yuckie pieces in my salad & they use real lettuce! no from a bag bs! I am constantly telling my friends and family to go fill their bellies w/ REAL HOMEMADE FOOD @ CJ’s!
