Interesting to see such a business open right across from Panera. Hopefully you will be able to draw from their customer base. In my case, we went to Buck's at 8:20am on a Friday. Friendly greeters and overall staff were pleasant. The menu, as one commentor noted, is quite limited if you do not have a beef or ham preference. There were two people in our party, one person ordered the croissant with egg and ham. Asked for egg to be scrambled, but was told that can't happen. Asked for any vegetarian options as there are none on the menu. The cashier replied a fried falafel sandwich with salad was the only option. Not for breakfast, thank you. To drink we ordered hot chocolate and one mocha coffee. Drinks are made at the other side of the restaurant and one of our party went over to pick them up after the food arrived. Overall, welcoming staff but if you are looking for any item without ham or beef, and fried falafel is not your choice, you really don't have any option. A suggestion for the owners is to consider bringing food and customer beverages at the same time. However, this might be hindered as drinks seem to be made on the opposite side of the restaurant without any coordination with the chefs...
Read moreIt was our first time ordering online from there and we ordered about 8 items from the restaurant side and 6 items from the bakery side. The food was warm when we picked it up but the malts and shakes were made prematurely and my arnold palmer was sugar free which was completely disappointing . When we started trying to enjoy the food we all noticed that it was lacking flavor and the sandwiches were small for the price. The fries were good with and without the sauce. The shakes and malts were completely watered down and should have been made upon arrival to ensure thicker consistency not in advance. The cookies were good . All in all I wouldn't order again because the prices were higher for the size and quality of the food/drinks. Anywhere else and I could've saved atleast 1/4 of what I spent there and received the same amount of food if not more. I get that the location is one of the reasons for the prices but you'd expect more than...
Read moreOk....so....anyone who has read any of my reviews know that I'm really generous with a ton of my ratings..... I had their signature sandwhich...which if I'm not sure what to get at a new place then that's what I do....or I ask them what they do well.... So...the sandwhich was good. Have I had better....yup... Have I had worse....absolutely The bread was really good... I got it with coleslaw and pasta salad. It was what I expected. Now...here's where I have a problem. A sandwhich....two sides and an Arnold palmer.... Was 25 dollars..... Dude......and it wasn't an insane size sandwhich.... The Arnold palmer was a small size at a fast food place.... 25 dollars...... It just didn't feel right..... So....if you have money to burn....want a good sandwhich.....then you should go here. And please...I'm not being mean....I just think it's a tad...
